"The first rule of fighting is to read your opponent." Peter's voice rung out throughout the loft. You watched as the man paced - shirtless you may add. His arms were crossed over his chest as he paced in front of you. For some reason the pack though it was a good idea for the wolf to teach you some fighting skills considering you were only a human. Of course you protested, pointing out that Lydia and Stiles were human but Scott simply replied 'Lydia's a banshee and Stiles is more the brains' which you thought was complete bullshit. Nonetheless you still showed up to the 'lessons'. What the pack didn't know is that you already knew how to fight - you just didn't because you weren't naturally a violent person unless the situation called for it. "The second rule is to expect anyth-"
"Can we just get to the fighting part?" You asked the wolf boredly. He raised his eyebrows which you simply replied with a shrug, "I already know the 'rules' of fighting. I'm here to learn how to fight. Obviously something you know nothing of." The sass rolled off of your tongue as you rolled your eyes. You were bored and tired and did not have time for this.
"Fine." Peter simply shrugged his shoulders as he moved towards you. "You're on offence." Before you could even reply he began with a flurry of hits your way which you dodged with slight ease. Surprisingly enough the older wolf could actually keep up with you. You continued to dodge and counteract his hits before finally you had enough with the play fighting and ended it with a flip, wrapping your legs around his neck and throwing him to the floor, landing softly on your feet.
Your breath came out heavily as you attempted to regulate it. Peter laid on the floor of the loft, his blue eyes wide in shocked as they flicked between you and the floor beside him.
"That was luck!" He breathed out, his breath also uneven like yours. You snorted and helped him up only for him to flip you so that you were pinned to the floor. Your eyebrows raised in disbelief at the move.
"That was cheating!" You counteracted before flipping the position so you were pinning Peter to the floor. "And I do not appreciate cheaters." At some point your hair had fallen out of its ponytail, curtaining the two of you. You smirked when Peter didn't move. You relaxed slightly, figuring that he was too tired to counteract, only to feel something against the back of your thigh. Peter smirked at your startled look before moving his wrists out of your grip, his hands finding your waist where he rubbed slow circles. You let a smirk slip on your lips as your hands trailed along his body, feeling every curve on his abs. Peter leant forward, his lips trailing along your neck in kisses and small bites until he finds your earlobe and bites roughly.
"Rule number two," he whispers in your ear, "expect anything." With that, once again you were on your back.
