Entry 22:
The pain got worse.... I still wasn't able to see him... Do I feel like this, because I actually like him..? No, I can't possibly like him... he was put under some sort of spell that made him act that way, so those feelings he said he had... it's not true at all. I feel undsteady, like I'm going to fly away. I'm fine with that though... if it means I have a hance to fly to the area where he is, I'll do it. If it eans I'd at least get to lay my sight on him, then so be it. I'm fine with anything, as long as he's somewhere near. I missing my friend... that's what this is. I'll stay strong, because I know for sure he'll come back. Even if I have to go to him and drag him back myself.

I looked around my room. It was now night. The moonlight shone throught the window, lighting up my room a little. My blankets were all over the place, twisted and tangled with my legs. To my right, I saw Bex fast asleep and curled in a little ball. My heart was still calming down. I took a few deep breaths to calm down. I have to think this through... "Why am I so... nervous...?" I mumbled. I threw the blankets off, and stood up, careful not to wake Bex up. I glanced at the small alarm clock on the nightstand next to my bed. "It's 11:30 p.m...." I stated to myself. I heard a small 'meow' kind of noise, and I turned to see Bex looking up at me sleepily and yawning. His white fur looked like it was glowing from the moonlight.
"...Sorry, Bex," I whispered. He blinked sleepily, and walked up to me. I reached down, and picked him up with one hand. I held him in my arms, and slipped on my shoes. I snuck down the stairs, and went out the door. I wasn't really thinking. I walked into the woods, and stopped suddenly. I heard footsteps. I hid behind a tree, and stood still. The footsteps came closer, and then stopped right by the tree. "What are you doing?" I heard Vince's voice ask. I turned my head, and saw him standing there with a plastic bag from a store. "... I just woke up, and the next thing I knew, I was out here," I said, "What about you?" He held up the bag, "I was hungry so I got snacks... Where were you going to go?" he asked. I shrugged, "I don't know...." I said with a sigh.
I stared at the ground. I felt something cold touch my cheek, and I jumped back in surprise. I stared up and saw Vince holding out an ice-cream. "Listen... I know you're upset, but Zavier... he needs to stay alone. If we don't do something about that spell, he'll end up going on a rampage through out the whole town," he said. I grabbed the ice-cream, "Thank you, Vince. But, I just wanted to see him, so I could help-" I started to say. "I know, Dusk. That's why I don't want you going alone. I'll go with you," he said. A smile made its way on my face, "Mission 'Save Zavier in Distress' is in full operation now?" I asked. Vince laughed, "Yeah. Let's go. You know where he lives, right?" he asked me. I nodded, "More or less... but first, I think we need the Faerie of Night to be there," I said.
"I've been here," I heard Carla say. Vince and I both turned, to see Carla sitting in a tree. "What were you doing?" I asked as she jumped down. "I'm keeping watch for you. I'm trying to protect you from anything," she said with a soft smile. "Carla~ You're so nice~" I said, hugging her. She hugged me back, "Yeah, yeah. Let's go save that hopeless Nightwalker," she said with a laugh. Vince pulled me away from Carla, "Stop smothering her. She'll suffocate because of you," he said. "You're just jealous that we're closer than you two will ever be," Carla said, a devilish grin played at her lips. "Come on! Let's go rescue a certain person, before something else happens!" I yelled at them.
We started in the direction that Zavier's house was. "I'm not sure how long it'll take to walk there," I said. "Well... I could fly us there, but I could only take one other person with me," Carla said. She grabbed on to my shoulders, and turned to look at Vince, "Well, better start running," she said with an evil grin. "Hey! No way am I leaving her with you!" he exclaimed. "Why don't you want me with Carla?" I asked. Vince shuttered, "I saw one of her journals in the class... so much..." he said, shuttering. I thought back, and shuttered myself. How am I still best friends with her...? "They're only sketches!" she exclaimed.
