Entry 40:

When you have something horrible happen to you, it feels as if your soul has left you. To some, it's a complete over exaggeration, but... to everyone else... it's nothing but an understatement. Just like when people say "when someone leaves, they take a part of you with them." I never believed in that, until I experienced it. So.. you never realize these things until these things are gone.

I woke up with an arm over my waist, and I smiled. "Are you awake now?" I heard from behind me. "No. I'm sleep talking," I said with a lot of sarcasm. I felt Zavier move, and he leaned over me. "Don't get smart with me, miss," he said, flicking my nose lightly. "So mean," I pouted. "How am I the bad guy?" he asked. I shrugged, sitting up, "You just have the face of a bad boy."

"I blame this fully on my father and mother," Zavier said with a laugh. "Hey. Where are my clothes, I need to change," I said, standing up. "I'm keeping them in my special box," Zavier said with a straight face. I glared at him, "Where are they?" He smirked, "Dryer." I eyed him warily, "What's with the smirk?"

He shrugged, "It's fine with me if you want to go through all my clothes just to look for them." I rolled my eyes, "Honestly, as long as they're clean, I'm fine." Zavier got up, and walked out of the room. He came back with my clothes, "You really are hard to break." I smiled, "I know." I took the clothes from him, and quickly changed as he went to the living room. I walked out of his room, and found him in different clothes. "How did you...?" I asked. "I have amazing things I can do," Zavier said.

"Okay..." I muttered. He grabbed his jacket, and tossed me another one of his. "Put it on. It's cold outside, and I don't want you getting sick," he said, slipping his on. I smiled. He cares so much. As I put the jacket on, Zavier got a phone call. He picked it up, "What is it?" he asked.

He started gathering his things, and he paused a little. "... what?" he asked. I stared at him, watching him move about the room. "What do you mean?! What happened?!" he exclaimed. I flinhed at how angry he sounded. He sighed, and practically growled, "Whatever you do, don't come for me. There's nothing you can do to bring me back permanently," he said, and hung up. "Hey... what's up? What happened?" I asked timidly.

Zavier took a deep breath, and shook his head, "Nothing. Let's go..." I bit my lip, checked to see if I had everything I needed, and followed him out the door. I reached for his hand, and felt him stress less. He smiled at me, "I'm sorry you had to see that." I shook my head, "It's fine... just, if there's anything wrong, you can tell me. You don't need to hide it." He nodded, "I know... it's just, I want to tell you, but I can't..." he said slowly.

I sighed, "Fine. I'll wait." He squeezed my hand, and we walked out of the building. "I'll drive you to your place, but let's go eat first," Zavier said as we got into his car. "Alright," I agreed whole-heartidly. Zavier pulled out of the parking lot, and soon we reached a resturaunt I never heard of. "What is this place?" I asked. "Just a place I used to go to as a kid," Zavier answered simply.

The sun began to shine from behind the clouds, and Zavier slipped on his ray-ban aviator sunglasses. I stared at him, and noticed just how much of a famous person he looked like. He slung an arm around my shoulder, as we walked in. Automatically, a girl came up and brought us to a table.

As we sat down, I eyed Zavier, "Did you plan this?" He shrugged, "Possibly." I looked around, and noticed how... fancy it was in there. "How expensive is this place?" I asked. "It's nothing I can't handle, so just relax," Zavier said. I sighed, and glanced out the window. For a brief moment, I thought I saw someone watching us, but when I turned to really look... the weren't there. "What is it?" Zavier asked. I shook my head, "Nothing..." I muttered.
