Entry 32:
Mysterious things are happening. There's nothing we can do about it. I realized this after someone dear to me got hurt. I'm not exactly sure what to do... I'm not even sure if I should be writing right now... How should I go about this? Am I to sit and wait for something to come up, or should I go around and investigate...? Things aren't going to be easy... but... I think I should investigate... I want to find out why this happened to him... to see what sort of darkness would do this.

Collin drove me home in his car. We got inside the house to find no one in it, with the exception of Bex. I was too exhausted to even walk up the stairs to my room. I dropped to my knees on the floor. "Are you alright?" Collin asked, walking towards me. I nodded slowly, "I should be..." I mumbled. I lie on the floor, not wanting to move at all, "Collin... what do we do? We need to find that person who attacked Zavier..."
"I know, but not right at this moment," he said softly, his accent lulling me to sleep, "Just rest for now. We'll check out the situation later." My eyelids felt heavy. They were gradually closing. "... Why is Zavier the only one to get hurt... he did nothing to deserve it..." I mumbled, and the darkness took over.
My eyes flew open, and I ubruptly sat up straight up. I found that I was in my room, and kicked off the covers. I felt shaky, like something was watching me. "C-Collin!" I called out apprehensively, running down the stairs. "Over here! What's wrong?!" he called. I could tell he had just been sleeping. I ran towards his voice that was coming from the living room.
I practically ran straight into his arms. He put his hands on m shoulder, making me stay still. "What happened? Tell me what's wrong," Collin said, conern clear across his face. I was shaking. "I...I'm not sure... I felt like I was being watched, and then I felt like something was wrong," I said. He hugged me. "It's alright. There's nothing here," he whispered.
Collin let me go, and looked at the time, "It's midnight..." he cursed slightly under his breath. "What...?" I asked fearfully. "I was going to sleep for a couple of hours, then head back to the school ... but I overslept," he said with a sigh. "So? Let's go now," I said. "No. You still have school in a few hours," he he replied sternly. "But they might come here too! Just let me go! It's my fault anyways!" I exlaimed.
Collin let out a frustrated sigh, "Dusk, listen. It wasn't your fault. Zavier already explained it. He chose to save you. If he hadn't of done that.... you wouldn't be here here with me right now. As much as he is violent, and a jerk, he wouldn't want you out there doing reckless things." He was blocking me from the door. I pushed passed him, and opened it. "I'm going with you either way," I said, letting out a sall growl.
He rose an eyebrow, "Did you really just growl at me?" he asked in astonishment. "Yes! I said I was going with you, now come on!!" I yelled. He rubbed his face. "Fine! Just stay close to me!" he said, finally letting hiself yell. He walked out the door quickly. I locked the door, and ran up to him. I just stared at him, not saying anything. He glanced at me, "What?" he asked.
"I never really saw you get angry..." I murmured. Collin stopped suddenly, and turned around, making me bump into him. "You're the only one who's ever made me so... worried, I feel sick. You're the only one who's ever made me so full of concern for you, I get angry. I've never had that happen, but you are the only one who could do these things.... why would that be?" he asked, his blue eyes staring at mine intensly.
"I don't... know..." I said breathlessly. He let go of me, "Right... let's go," he said walking ahead of me. What was that...? "... Colling I'm s-" he cut me off. A loud snarl escaped from him. What the...? "Hey-" I was cut off again when he tugged me closer to him. It was then that I smelled another presence.
