Entry 20:

I've never felt betrayed before. It was usually only confusion or anger, but never betrayal. Is this feeling of betrayal because we're partners? I can't understand anymore! These questions spinning through my head... Why do I feel this way? How do I stop it? Why is there this pain in my chest? The pain feel unbearable... am I going to survive...? Why am I crying...? So many questions... I feel as if I'm not in my world anymore... I'm wandering into someone else's... I'm lost and unsure...

I panted as another tremor shot through my body. Another growl passed my lips, and wolf ears and a tail appeared on me. I'm losing control. I was shaking. I was now on all fours, trying to fight back the wolf with everything I had. Carla stared at me, with wide eyes. Vince's face held worry still, and Zavier held his head with his hands. I could hear Vince trying to calm me down. Pushing the last of my strength to stop the wolf, I clutched the dirt below me. But... was all for nothing.

One last growl escaped my mouth, as the transformation became complete. Instead of fingers digging into the ground, it was now claws. I narrowed my eyes at Zavier. Watching him while still growling. "Dusk... Come one... change back... it isn't worth it..." I hear Vince say to me calmly. I tore my gaze from Xavier, and looked at Vince. His outstretched hand was coming closer and closer. I bared my teeth and bit the air in front of his hand. He froze, and took his hand back a little. His eyes were full of hurt. "Dusk... Please-" Vince tried to say something, but was interrupted by a dark chuckle.

"Oh come on! What, little pup? I thought you were going to kill me!" I heard Zavier taunt. My head turned in the direction where Zavier was. He was standing now, and his eyes were the same red as before. A menacing bark came from me, and he just laughed. "I seriously hope your bite is worse than your bark! Come get me!" he yelled. One of my paws moved forward. "Don't listen to him, Dusk," Carla said, her voice a little shaky. I froze. I don't want to hurt Carla or Vince... "Pathetic! To think I was going to mark you! Are you scared you're going to hurt someone?" Xavier asked, taunting me again.

Just kill him! No one would care! "Carla's right! Don't let him get to you, Dusk! Just calm down and come back to me," Vince said, his voice calming me just a little. "You're going to go to him?" Zavier asked in fury when I backed up an inch, "You really are no good. I should've just left you by yourself when I had the chance." I bared my teeth again. "Not giving in yet? I'll make you change your mind," Zavier said, a smug smirk on his face. I growled louder, "Get the hell out of my sight!" I exclaimed. In a blink of an eye, he appeared in front of me. "Dusk!" I heard Vince exclaim.

I didn't move. I kept my eyes trained on the Nightwalker before me. He leaned down coming face-to-face with me. He breathed out a laugh, placing a hand under my chin. "Aw, come now. Try do draw some of my blood. I know you want to. You'd love to see everything painted in blood, wouldn't you?" he asked with a smirk. I couldn't turn my head away. "Oh, but I wouldn't get to see that pretty face of yours, so transform back," he ordered. My eyes widened as I felt a tremor go down my spine, and transform me back to normal. Zavier still held my chin, tilting my head up. "Good girl. You obey well," he said.

"Dusk, don't go with him!" Vince exclaimed. "Control yourself!" Carla exclaimed to me. Zavier sighed, "Silence," he demanded. I didn't hear them anymore. H-How is he doing this?! He looked back at me, "The look of fear in your eyes just makes me want you even more, you know," he said. My knees gave out. He quickly caught me, and held me bridal style. "Just a few words made you swoon so much you collapsed," he smirked. I pushed him, and he set me back down, keeping a firm grip on my hair. Finding my voice, I spoke, "Why are you ding this?" I asked, not losing eye contact with him.
