Entry 30:

There are some things, that you wish you can change, but you just can't. There are even things you wish you could just erase, or re-write, but it will never happen. Why does life let us live happily one second, but the next second, we are in complete misery? How can you help someone that is in pain? If I want to help someone... show them that I'm stong... how do I do it, when I can't even hold back my emotions? I'm not so useful after all. But still... I can't help but wonder, Will I even be able to help if it's my fault?

I woke up quickly. My heart was racing, and my breath was shaky. I glanced all around, trying to recall the dream I had. I glanced to my right, to see Vince still asleep, and when I turned to the left, I didn't see Zavier. Where'd he go? I stood up, and went to the bathroom. I left my extra clothes in Vince's room... I finished brushing my teeth, and went upstairs. I opened the door to Vince's room, and laughed. "He still keeps those drawings I gave him," I said to myself, looking at the frames on the walls. I think Vince put my bag by his bed... I walked over to his bed, and instantly saw it. I opened it, and saw pants that I never bought. What the hell? I pulled them out. Aren't these the pants Zavier gave me, when I went to his Apartment

I quickly changed my clothes, and opened the door. I yawned, walked forward, and ran right into something. I let out a small yelp, and looked up at what I ran into. It was Zavier. His hair stuck out at the side, and he seemed half asleep. "... Oh... hey Dusk..." he mumbled sleepily. "Hey... where's you go?" I asked him. "Huh?" he asked. "I woke up, and you were gone," I stated. "Ohh... I woke up earlier, and went to get my bag... but I ended up falling asleep over there..." he said, waking up a little more. "Your bag's in here," I said with a laugh. "Thanks... I'm gonna change now," he said, walking past me and into the room. He shut the door. He's so... funny when he first wakes up...

I went back downstairs to find Vince barely waking up. I sat on the couch behind him. "Hey sleepy head. Wouldn't you usually be getting up earlier?" I asked him. He shook his head, then put it on my knees to rest. His arms were hugging my calves. I poked his head, "Listen. Get up," I said. "I dun wanna," I heard him say. "Well you have to. We're going back to my house today," I stated. "Five more minutes..." he said. "Can you let go of me?" I asked him. I shook his head. "Let go of her already. She's your cousin, for goodness' sake," I heard Zavier's voice say. I looked up at him, "Get him off of me... please," I begged. "No~ You're my sister~ I have to protect ya from that leech~" Vince whined.

"If you don't let go, I will kick you where it hurts," Zavier said menacingly. Vince immediately let go, sitting back and rubbing his eyes. He looks like a little kid. He got up, and slowly made his way up the stairs to his room. "What time are we leaving?" Zavier asked, sitting next to me. "We can leave whenever... I just wanna go home early, beacause of the letters," I said. "... We'll leave when your aunt and everyone else wakes up, then," Zavier said. Vince came back down after a couple minutes, and soon after him was everyone else.

We all ate breakfast together, and brought our stuff down from Vince's room. "You guys are leaving this soon?" Aphrodite asked. I nodded, "I've still got studying to do, and there is school tomorrow," I said, as Vince led the way to the front door. "We'll pop by to visit tomorrow, or something," Scar said. I smiled, "I'll tell Mum," I said. "I almost forgot. Before you go, I have a gift for you, Dusk," Dane said with a grin. I tilted my head, "Huh?" I asked. He ran up the stairs quickly. "What is he doing?" I asked. "He said he had something for you," Aphrodite said with a smile. Dane came back down with something behind his back, and a huge smile on his face.
