46 ~ Is Riley Okay?

- Lucas' p.o.v -

-Two days later-

I can see it. I can now see it clearly.

" I'm not hungry daddy."

He looked at her once again.

" are you sure? Because you didn't eat breakfast."

She nodded and walked out of the cafeteria. I obviously followed her.

" What the hell Riley? " I whispered.

She stopped in the middle of the hallway.

" If you keep doing this, then everyone is going to find out."

She slowly turned around.

" I already told you Lucas. It's none of your business."

She crossed her arms and gave me glare.

" It is. I'm your boyfriend and I care for you. Doing this to yourself won't help you."

She stomped one of her feet down and slid her hands in her pockets. It was silent. Everything was silent. Then a tear started to roll down her cheek. Instead of mad, I had a sad expression.

" Help me Lucas." She whispered under her breath.

I ran over to her and hugged her.

" Why can't you just eat. You don't need to starve yourself."

She let go of me.

" Lucas, it's like an addiction. I like the feeling of my stomach aching for food. It's just. Nice. "

" But-"

" But, I know that it's unhealthy. I'm not happy with the results Lucas. I thought you knew that."

" I-I didn't."

" Then you have no rights to complain about this...."

She was about to walk away but I grabbed her wrist, so she got yanked back.

" How long have you been not eating?!" I yell

" TWO DAYS! " She screamed.

I was stunned on her awnser. She haven't been eating for two days? That's terrible for her.

" I'm taking you to the nurse."

She shakes her head, no.

I scoop her off her feet and she imminently closes her eyes. So I run faster.

The door was closed so I kicked it open.

" Excuse me young man-." She started.

" Please help me! She hasn't eaten for 2 days!"

The nurse widens her eyes.

" Lay her down here."

I lay her in the bed.

She called the principle and her dad over. More people can rushing in to the nurses office to help Riley. I was forced to stand outside.

" RILEY!" I cried, while being pushed out and into the hallway.

I run over to Maya and Farkle. Farkle was rubbing Maya's back. Maya and Josh are still arguing. But something is more important.

" GUYS GUYS!"

The snap their heads towards me.

" It's Riley." I mumble.

" What?" Farkle whispered.

" She's at the nurses."

The first thing that Maya did was scramble out of her seats and run to he nurses office. We follow behind her. But no one was there, except for the nurse.

" Where did they go?" We all asked.

" The hospital."

We run outside of the school, grab a taxi, and head towards the hospital. I twiddle my fingers nervously in the taxi. Maya is trying to wipe all of the tears away, and Farkle is panicking.

We finally arrived there and raced in the hospital. We see Mr. Matthews on the phone with his wife.

But the only question that I had was...

Is Riley okay?
