Lucas' P.O.V
I smile at her. But then it fades away.
" Tell me why you cut."
Riley: I already told you.
She walks over to her bay window, sits, and looks away. I walk up to her.
" Tell. Me. Why."
She finally looks up at me. " because I wanted to die." Those words kept my mouth closed and filled my eyes with tears. " because... Charlie took over my feelings."
" W-What?"
" He didn't just hypnotize my heart to make me hate you..." I just stood there, staring at her brown eyes that don't sparkle anymore. It faded away. Along with the Riley that we used to have. She stood up in front of me.
" He also damaged it... It can't come back." She walks besides me. I hold her hand but she pulls it away.
" She's gone. You will never see her again." And with that she walks away.
" Riley!" I yell. Nothing. She just keeps walking. There are now tears running down my cheeks.
Farkle's P.O.V
I find some chocolates lying around her table. Left unattended. So, of course, I stuff my mouth with it. I hear some foot steps coming my direction so I try to chew all of it but I just stuffed to much in my mouth. It's Riley.
" Ummm. What are you doing Farkle?" I just stand there and chew.
" Not eating chocolate." I say while little bits of chocolate flying out of my mouth.
" eww gross!" I finally swallow all of it and look at her. She looks pretty, like normal.
But something was missing. Her happiness was missing. " What's wrong Riley's?" She just looks at me and walks out of the apartment. Something is happening to Riley. And I'm going to find out.
