“Hello?” I asked a little breathless.
“Hey it’s me, I’m outside your house,” Louis whispered. I smiled and stood up going to my window. I quickly shut off my light then opened up the window.
“Do you see me? I’m opening my window now,” I told him. I looked out and sure enough I saw him standing on the lawn in our back yard waving to me.
“Rapunzel, Rapunzel let down your hair,” Louis said and I couldn’t help but giggle.
“How am I going to do this?” I asked as I opened the screen.
“I’ll talk you through it,” he told me. I got out of the window and onto the roof that stuck out on the sides. He instructed me wear to walk and pretty soon my phone was back in my pocket and he was reaching up for me to help me the rest of the way down.
“Don’t let me die,” I said dramatically. He laughed gripping my waist.
“I’ve got you,” he whispered. I pushed myself off the ledge and fell against him. Louis stumbled back with me in his arms and we fell to the ground giggling. Louis groaned a bit.
“That worked perfectly,” he said from underneath me. I laughed a bit looking down at him.
“My life was never this exciting before I met you,” I told him. He smiled at and I smiled back. I quickly rolled off him and laid on my back on the grass beside him. He reached for my hand and laced our fingers together as we stared up at the dark sky.
“Brought you food,” he said reaching into his pocket and pulled out a chocolate bar. I giggled a bit taking it from him.
“Thanks,” I said taking a long bite. He chuckled a bit moving closer to me and stared up at the sky. I offered him a bit and he happily accepted eating it from my hand.
“So what was the fight about with your parents?” he asked curiously.
“Just how I thought being grounded to my room was unfair,” I said with a sigh. “Then of course my dad came in and started saying mean things about you and I just lost it,” I said. Louis breathed out a small snicker.
“You like sticking up for me don’t you?” he asked with a grin on his face. I shrugged looking at him.
“People have the wrong idea of you. I mean look at how Amanda acted. There’s more to you than meets the eyes,” I said. He looked back at me with a small smile.
“You’re probably the only one in the word who would say that. Even my own mother has given up on me,” he explained. I frowned a bit and he turned away staring up at the stars. He didn’t say much more than that so I decided to leave it be and turned to stare at the stars as well. It grew a bit quiet between us but I didn’t mine. His hand was warm in mine and that’s all I need to make this moment feel nice.
“You know I’ve never done this before,” he stated quietly filling the silence. I turned my head to look at him.
“You never convinced a girl to sneak out of their house before?” I asked. He chuckled a bit looking at me.
“No, god knows I’ve done that plenty of times. I mean this, staring up at the sky with someone. It’s peaceful,” he commented.
“Well what do you usually do when you’re with girls then?” I asked curiously as I leaned up on my elbow and looked down at him. He gave me a smirk and I nodded quickly in understanding and looked away.
“This is nice though,” he offered and I gave him a small smile. I shouldn’t be surprised by what he just said. Lots of girls go crazy for the bad boy types.
“Can I asked you something?” I asked. He looked at me.
“Seven,” he stated. I gave him a confused look.
“What?” I asked staring down at him.
“Seven,” he stated again like he knew what my question was.
“That doesn’t answer my questions,” I said. He smiled innocently. “What did you think I was gonna- never mind,” I said turning back on my back. Louis laughed and leaned up looking down at me.
“I was kidding, what did you want to ask me?” he asked. I drew in a deep breath and bit my lip shyly as I looked up at him.
“W-what are we?” I asked. He furrowed his eyes brows for a moment.
“What do you mean?” he asked.
“Our relationship. You said the other night that you liked me but did you mean like as a friend or,” I trailed off feeling my cheeks blush. Louis smiled tilting his head to the side.
“Why don’t I show you what I mean,” he suggested
