Author's Note: I'm too lazy to reread my writing, so if it makes no sense, sorry.
Aaron and I walk together to a small coffee shop located in the airport. We need some time to make a plan.
Time.
It is something that we need desperately but don’t have enough of.
Aaron and I enter the small coffee shop, order two cappuccinos, and sit down on a brown, small leather booth at the back corner of the shop just in case anyone might want to eavesdrop.
“How are we going to do this?” I question Aaron.
“Well, I was thinking. To get past security, we need boarding passes as well as passports, two things that we do not have. I have an idea, though. To look like we have authority in this airport, we are going to have to dress up as one of the workers here. I can dress up as one of the people who work at the airport security. We will not go and check in because if we do get caught, the workers at the check in will easily be able to identify us since they will get a close look at our faces, Then I can let you come through without a passport. After that, we will just have to figure out a way to get past the flight attendants at the terminal gates that check our boarding passes.” Aaron explains slowly and quietly.
I absorb all the things that he has said.
“Okay, but how are we going to get you one of the security guard uniforms?” I question.
Aaron thinks for a minute and then comes up with an answer.
“I guess we are just going to have to knock them out, steel their uniform, and then run away before they can catch us.
“Sounds like a plan.” I say and take a sip of my coffee. I place it back down on the table and cup my hand over my chin.
Sounds like a plan
The line sounds almost scripted, as if it were part of one of those action/mystery moves, the main character so ready for the challenge.
I am not the type of person who is always wishing for something more interesting, something to happen in their life. I am scared, but there is no way I am going to allow Kratos win this.
So let my life be like a movie, I am ready for the suspense.
