"Mepphy Land?" we all asked in unison as we stared up at the huge sign.

"Well guys, this is it. Mepphy Land amusement park" Yukio said once we were inside.

"Man, I would've liked coming here when the place is packed. It's seems kind of lonely..." Shima sighed with his back pressed against a huge golden statue of Mr. Pheles.

I listened absentmindedly to the boys' conversation about their last mission. My gaze was on my feet, my mind was on Amaimon.

I couldn't help but wonder what he was doing right now. The tips of my fingers brushed against my lips, and I felt the ghost of a smile on my face. I didn't know why that green haired hamster was on my mind, but then again, it didn't really bother me. I guess that's what you feel when you've made a new friend...

"Sorry I'm late!" a voice squeaked. My head snapped up and I met with green eyes.

Shiemi ran towards us, Kamiki trailed behind her.

"S-Shiemi! What happened to your kimono?!" Rin said. His face was bright red, just like the rest of the boys.

Instead of her big kimono, she now wore the school uniform, a white shirt with a pink skirt. It somehow looked a bit small on her. It got me thinking, maybe Mephisto did it on purpose. That big perv...

"Mr. Pheles gave me this uniform. My kimono is not suitable for missions. I was late because kamiki was helping me with it" she explained trying to catch her breath.

"U-Um.. Does it look weird?" she asked looking at her feet.

"You look smoking hot Moriyama!" Shima said and Bon nodded with a dreamy smile.

"A-Arigatou" Shiemi smiled shyly.

Rin walked over to Yukio and I with a glare and a red face.

"That skirt is a little too short, don't you think?" he whispered.

"Why would you ask me such a stupid question?" Yukio turned to him while adjusting his glasses.

"But, you were looking at -" Rin was stopped mid-sentence by a smack on the face with Yukio's notebook.

"Now that we're all here, I'll assign your partner" he announced.

"Koneko, you'll be with Takara. Yamada, you're with Suguro. Kamiki and Shima. Rin, you'll go with Shiemi" he finished.

"Hey, Mr. Okumura? What exactly are we doing?" Shima asked.

"Lately there have been some ghost sightings, and damage to property. That's why we're here, to investigate. You have to search for this 'ghost'. You have all day, the park is closed and won't be receiving visitors. If you discover something, notify professor Tsubaki or me" he said. I looked to the side and just noticed a tall male with the same black coat as Yukio.

"Can anyone tell me what a ghost is?" He asked after clearing his throat.

"Ghosts are demons that posses emanations of human or animal corpses" kamiki spoke up.

"Good. There's only one ghost, but it has been seen around the whole park. It has the appearance of a child. You'll have to find him. Any questions?" Yukio asked.

"Mr. Okumura, you didn't assign me to a group" I notified.

"Hmm. You can go with Rin and Shiemi" he said and I nodded.

"Very well, begin!"

"Hey Rin, you look to the right. Emi, you look to the left. I'll look to the front" Shiemi smiled.
