Chapter 3: new school

Chapter 3



Bella’s POV



New day at school, new workday. And today the new students will be here. Just some new students ready to go to school. But there was something different. I didn’t knew why, but I had a strange feeling about the Cullens and the Hales. They were, different. That was the word where I was looking for. Different. But I didn’t knew why or how so I focused me again at the first hour. I walked out of the teacher lounge and walked to my classroom. During the walk I saw the things that I like over here. All the students having friends, none of them alone. the “who is the most popular” competition was part of that.



In classroom I waited for the class to come in. I waited and I waited, but only a few students came in. After the second bell rang, I only counted 4 students. That wasn’t normal! ‘guys, do you have any idea where you’re classmates are?’ I asked. They all shook their heads. I watched at my computer and opened the students list and crossed by the skippers that they weren’t here. I didn’t safe it yet because maybe they were all too late. I started my lesson, but none of them came in. The same happened at the second hour. Only 6 students were in class, and again nobody knew why nobody was there. Strange. An illness? Or was there another reason? I couldn’t come there with my thoughts.



Edward’s POV



‘I said that you don’t had to bring that car Rose!’ I said. We finally walked to the school, followed by like the half of all the students. ‘so what Edward? You’re not the boss!’ Rose said. I mumbled something in myself. I walked to the school, just to go to the lesson like every normal person would do. Actually, I’m not a normal person, but hey, who cares? I wanted that all that people would go away. I saw that Jazz and Em had the same thoughts as I did. ‘ignore them’ I whispered so fast that only vampire ears could hear it. Jazz, Em, All and Rose said yes in their head. We walked against the secretariat to ask our schedules. Once we walked in, all that annoying students walked away to their lessons.



‘we are Rosalie and Jasper Hale and Emmett, Alice and Edward Cullen’ I said to the woman behind the desk. I didn’t needed to read her minds to see that she was thinking that we were beautiful. In her minds I could read that if I was like 30 years older, we could date. I chuckled. If she knew my real age. It was silence for too long so I said ‘can we have our schedules please?’ and she wakes up out of her “trance” and said ‘of course, honey, here are you’re schedules’. I picked them out of her hands and gave them to the 5 of us. We walked outside, and I saw in her minds that she wasn’t really pleased with that.



‘first, ore better third hour I have biology’ I said. ‘we have Spanish’ Emmett and Rosalie said. ‘and we have math’ Alice and Jasper said. ‘alright then’ I said. ‘we met at the cafeteria. The first one picks a table’ I grinned. ‘alright then. See you at break time!’ they all said and walked to their classes. I walked to biology, ready for my first lesson at a new school.



I was perfectly on time when I walked in the classroom. I wanted to turn around and walk out again directly because the teacher started staring at me. I walked over to him and gave him a paper that he had to sign. When he was done, I directly walked to a seat that didn’t had a partner. When I sat down, the bell rang and everybody sat down as well. I was happy that I didn’t had a lab partner. But then I saw from the corner of my eye a girl talking to her friend. I could read and hear that she was thinking of going sit next to me and if I would ask her out. Seriously, humans are so not original anymore! So when she looked at me, I stared back a little mad. I could hear that she was hurt, but so what?



The rest of the Biology lesson was just not nice anymore. It went so slow that I could see a snail by the window that was even faster than the time.  But then finally the bell rang. I stood up, packed my back and walked/ran out directly. I walked to the cafeteria straight away, to see Alice over there standing by a table in the corner of the room. I sighed. Why was Alice always the first? I could read that in Emmet’s minds. I knew he wanted to sit by the window so he could look at the cars (he was afraid of someone to paint it pink, what happened in the past). Ishrugged myshoulders and walked to Alice. I knew that Jasper was busy with getting us food that we wouldn’t eat. A waste of money was my opinion.



After some stupid lessons I saw at my schedule that it was time for the last lesson today. The rest was off and went home already. I saw that it was literature from miss Swan. Something in that name sounded attractive. Weird, in love with a teacher. I chuckled. I walked to the classroom and walked in. The students were there already, but the teacher wasn’t. I sat down on a spot in the middle because every other spot was full. We waited for a minute, but then she came in. My mouth felt open from disbelieve. This woman was a
