Juice and Half-Sack had driven through Stockton and were now entering Oakland. Mayan territory. The run could turn out dangerous due to the rivalry of the 2 gangs. But, you have to listen to the Prez's orders.

"When's your prospecting up?" Juice asked as he was driving.

"Uh." Half-Sack scratched his head. "I think a little less than a month."

"You think you're going to get patched in?"

He leaned his head back, "I hope so. I put my heart into this club. I would do anything for you guys. Even if it kills me."

"We all feel the same way, man. We were talking about you the other day during Church." (a meeting in the Chapel). Half-Sack cocked his head to look at Juice. "Good things were said about you. I really think you have a chance at becoming an official SAMCRO member."

He couldn't help but smile. Knowing that he put his mind to something and went through with it made him feel good on the inside. "I can't wait until I get that top rocker."

"Just do what you have to do and it's all yours." Juice steered the wheel and they came to an empty, long, narrow road. "I remember when I got mine. I had never partied so hard in my life." Half-Sack laughed. "Seriously dude. We were all hammered and everywhere you turned, someone was being screwed. AJ was never much of a partier but even she got wild and crazy."

He took a deep breath. "Speaking of AJ. How come you split to her place for a while?"

Juice tried to not react to Half-Sack's question. "I was just really stressed about some personal stuff. She's the only one I can open up to, y'know."

He nodded, "Yeah. Bayley and I are the same way. After I dropped out of the military, she was the only one I told."

"How come?"

"Cuz, Bayley hates when secrets are kept from her. I didn't want her to worry about me anymore if I wasn't going to be in danger. And I'm glad I told her. If I didn't then she would have never found me."

"I thought you didn't want her here when she first showed up."

"Well yeah, but then I realized how much I missed her and she was the only family I had now. Well and my niece of course."

"You and Becky planning on having kids?" He asked. Kip looked down. "Do you want kids and she doesn't?" Juice assumed.

"No. We both thought about it but we didn't think we were mature enough for that. Which is funny because my 18 year old sister has been a mom for almost 2 years now."

"A single mother at that." Juice added, "I give her credit. I'd never be able to be a single parent."

"Yeah." Kip agreed, "Sucks how I never had the chance to meet Jimmy."

"I'm sorry, man. With the way Bayley talks about him, I could tell he was something special."

Kip furrowed his eyebrows and exhaled. "Are you actually sorry?"

Juice took his eyes off of the road to see the Prospects unsure face. "What are you talking about?"

"About Jimmy. Are you actually sorry about what happened to him?" He repeated.

"Dude, I didn't even know the guy. But I am sorry that Bayley had to go through losing her boyfriend."

Half-Sack ran his hands roughly up and down his face. "Don't bullshit me, man. Please don't bullshit me."

"I'm not bullshitting you!" Juice raised his voice.

"When I was mopping the den, Unser went into the Chapel to talk to Clay." He began, "I wasn't eavesdropping until I heard my sisters name... I know what you guys did to Jimmy." He admitted.
