Hi my name is Kelly Rowland and I just recently found out I was expecting. The baby's father and I aren't together and I think it's best that way because I've never been interested in the opposite sex but me and him do remain good friends and he's supportive of my decision.
My doctor recommended that I get a doula since I've always had problems with stress and anxiety.
A doula is someone who helps you deal with being pregnant and I think getting a doula would help out a lot.
I work as a lawyer and now that I'm pregnant things are slowly starting to stress me out like small problems have now become big problems.
It's stressful. So I'm interviewing women to look for a potential doula.
After about 3 hours of clueless people showing up. I was ready to just not have one at all.
"Is the interview over?" I heard a sweet southern voice.
I looked up and saw a woman with light skin, beautiful hair that rested on her shoulders.
"No" I simply answered. "Please take a seat miss--"
"Knowles" she said and walked over and sat down.
" Miss Knowles, why do you want this position?"
"Well I've always loved taking care of people and helping people out" she flipped her long blonde locks behind her shoulder.
"I see and have you had any experience with this before"
"Well yes I'm a certified midwife and I run parenting classes at the hospital for new parents " she smiled
I wanted to hire right on the spot but I knew that would be way to easy.
"So if I were to hire you, would you be available when or if I needed you"
"I'm flexible" she hinted and smirked.
" That's good" I nodded "um if you don't mind me asking are you married" I honestly wanted to know.
"No" she said seriously.
"Okay so how about this, here is my address" I handed her a paper.
"Meet me at my house around noon and if you can do a couple things for me, I'll consider you for the job"
"Will do miss Rowland" she smiled and we both stood up and hugged.
Why do I feel so...so attracted to her. I mean she's beautiful yes of course but there's just something about her that makes me at lost for words..
