(Short I'm sorry)

A day later.

Kelly

Beyoncé's been feeling better well that's what she's been telling me. I  think she's just saying that so I don't worry as much. But I care about her. And it's finally my turn to take care of her.

As I made lunch for us. The baby started kicking. Hard.

"Oooh" I breathe in and out. But this next kick was different. It was painful. It didn't even feel like a kick. I can't describe it other than it was very uncomfortable.

I held my stomach with one hand and held on to the counter top with the other.

"Hey Kelly I was wondering if-" she stopped when she saw my current state.

"Baby" she rushes over to me and grabs my hand.

"Something's not right bey" I say as we make are way to the living room.

I know she's thinking. That's why she's not saying a whole lot.

She sets me on the couch.

"It might be Braxton hicks contraction, does it hurt" she asked sternly feeling my stomach.

"Uh yeah" I snap, rolling my eyes.

"Okay I'll get you some water. Stay here"

"Where would I even go" I say

I saw her shake her head as she walked into the kitchen.

Then after a couple seconds just as Beyoncé came back out with the glass of water the weird feeling stopped or passed.

I took a deep breath. "You good?" She asked handing me the glass.

"Yeah, is that gonna happen a lot?"

"I'm not sure. Every woman is different but sense your putting pressure on your back and legs when you stand and walk around they could happen every so often"

"Awesome" I said sarcastically.

"You just gotta ride them out for now but you have to tell me if they get any worse"

"Okay"

"So now what?"

"Well I'm gonna head to the store for a few things and your gonna stay here and relax" Beyoncé said

"Ugh" I say rolling my eyes. It wasn't even that painful. "Fine"

"Do you want anything from the store?"

"No" I say rolling my eyes yet again.

"Okay I'll be back soon" she said and grabs her purse and heads out.

"ICE CREAM!" I yell at the top of my lungs.

I heard her laughing as the front door shut.
