~Your POV~
I gripped onto the steering wheel after dropping Juuzou off at the air port. I was anxious about him leaving so soon after Cosette was born. I wasn't even completely comfortable driving with Cosette in the car. I actually had to take her to the doctors today, so that's were I was going now.
I parked the car and went to go get Cosette. I carried her into the doctors. "I have an opponent for Cosette (L/n)."
The lady typed on the computer. "Just have a seat and wait for the doctor to call her name." I nodded and took a seat.
I set the baby carrier on my lap and waited for the doctor.
I smiled and looked at her cute face. She looked very peaceful. She was awake, but she was holding onto one of her stuffed animals.
I stood up and followed the doctor when she called Cosettes name.
I set cosettes carrier on the bed thing, while the doctor tested Cosette some.
They said she seemed to be okay, and that they'd call me when they find out was dwarfism she has.
So, I took her back home, nothing special happened.
Larkin was at work, and so I was home alone with Cosette.
I sat on the couch, while she slept beside me on the couch. She couldn't keep her head up on her own, so I set her head on a pillow so she could breath properly.
I put the TV on and I started to continue the drawing of the flower. I never got to finish the flower drawing for Cosette. I drew two butterflies, and I started to add more detail to the picture. (The sunflower up there is what you drew. I actually drew it.. but ya' know! It isn't the best drawing I've done though.)
I smiled and signed on the side 'for Cosette.'
I picked up the small baby and took her to her room, making sure I wouldn't wake her. I laid her down softly in the crib and turned the baby monitor on. I put the picture in a frame and I framed it.
I went downstairs and started to make dinner for Larkin. I decided I'd make some cold soba noodles. (Those are literally the best and I love making them!)
I put the pot on the stove. While I was waiting for it to boil, I made the sauce. Even though I hated the food, Juuzou and Larkin said they liked it.
I knew that Cosette wouldn't be able to eat my food, and that was okay. When I put the noodles in to boil, I made myself some coffee.
Well, Larkin got home and flopped on the couch. "So, how was work?" I asked and put the noodles in a strainer.
"Long and boring." He lifted his head up and saw what I was doing to the noodles to make them cold. (Literally just soaking them in cold water.)
I smiled at Larkin. "Well, your home now, and dinner is almost done." I took the buck wheat noodles out of the strainer and plated it nicely. Basically, the traditional way of eating cold soba noodles is dipping the noodle in the sauce.
I placed the food on the kitchen table. "Go ahead and eat, before it gets cold." I laughed at my own joke, something I find myself doing very often.
He rolled his eyes and smiled. "Okay, mom." He joked back and went to the kitchen.
I sat on the couch and scrolled through my phone.
This week will be so boring without Juuzou.
