~Your POV~

Well, after the attack at the CCG building, I had moved in with Juuzou. Things were fine there. We had some time off work while they were re-building.

It had been a week and Juuzou decided to take me out. So I was sitting in his car, waiting. He said he had to run into t be store to get something.

I was singing along to the song that was playing on the radio, well, until I heard screams.

I opened the car door and hurried to the screams.

When I got there, my stomach churned and knotted.

I never got use to this, seeing a dead eaten body. It was much worse when k saw it happening right in front of me.

The girl was already dead by the time I got there, I couldn't save her, but I got a look at the ghoul who killed her, but he left before I could attack.

Well, I thought he left.

He leapt into my back, knocking me down onto the ground and ruining my blue dress. I heard him chuckle. "Can't have a Dove ruining my meal, now can we?" He leaned down and licked my neck. I cringed.

I was about to pull my kagune out, well until I felt him stab my back. "Ooh, so we have a ghoul working for the Doves, you traitor. You smell just like a human though. Pity I'm not a cannibal, but I know someone who is." I could basically hear him smirk.

He put a cloth over my mouth, and I passed out.

~Juuzou's POV~

I left (Y/n) in the car, then went into the store to pick up the boutique I ordered for (Y/n).

It didn't take long for them to get it, well it didn't seem long. I paid and then made my way to the car, where (Y/n) was suppose to be- but she wasn't there.

I immediately started to worry. I set the flowers down inside the car and went to look for her, but she was no where to be found.

I was getting so worried. Her phone was destroyed in the attack, so I couldn't call her.

I started to yell her name out and I ran to look for her. "(Y/N)!?!"

Nothing

I continued to look, I even called Abara and asked for help. Abara knew I was taking her out, he knew we had something going on.

I was searching frantically, while Abara tried to calm me down.

How could I be calm? The one I had fall head over heels for- she was gone.

We had to give up for the night, but I went straight to the CCG and reported her missing, and the dead body.

They told me that they would get right on it soon, but I didn't believe them.

"We will her get back, but we are falling behind in some things. Work on your cases and the sooner we can get to her. She is one of our own, but there are things we need to get to. Things that are more important. Please Mr. Suzuya, do your work." My boss said.

I was truly mad at this. He basically said that she wasn't important. She was very important. She was irreplaceable, a very special girl. I had fallen in love with her.

I sighed heavily and nodded. "Okay." I hung the phone up. I couldn't talk back to my boss, he's my boss.

Of course I was gonna do my work, but I was also going to look for the girl I love, (Y/n).

I was going to find her, make sure she was okay, even if it was the last thing I did.
