All The Love He Does Not Know

Chapter 21: Aliyah

I turned to the side and stared at my small belly in the mirror 12 weeks today it was becoming harder and harder to hide it and I knew I wouldn't be able to for much longer but this was the second last day of school and then I had the 6 week Christmas holidays to keep it hidden from everyone especially Nate now that he's back with his girlfriend he wouldn't want to be burdened with a baby let alone two.

I arrived at school early and met up with Lexi outside the front of the school.
"Hey how are you feeling this morning?"
"Best I've felt in weeks but still having bad morning sickness."
I looked around and then placed my hand on my stomach.
"You can't notice it can you?"
"Your bump?"
"Yeah."
"You can see it a little bit but it's not obvious it'll be fine."
"It's too hard to hide it needs to stop growing so fast."
"There's two in there I don't think it's possible."
The two of us immediately stopped talking when we noticed Nate and Caitlyn walking towards us.
"Hey."
"Hey Nate."
"You's two ready for the last day of school tomorrow?"
Lexi spoke up followed by myself.
"I'm getting ready to sleep in and do absolutely nothing."
"Same the holidays can't come soon enough."
"That sounds like a good plan we should all hang out and do nothing together one time."
We all laughed until Caitlyn interrupted us in a jealous tone.
"You won't have time for that honey you'll be with me all holidays."
"I know babe but Lexi, Ali and I always hang out on holidays maybe we can all do something together?"
Caitlyn placed her arm around Nate's neck and pulled him closer for a kiss.
"I wanna be alone with you though it's more fun."
Lexi and I looked at each other with a feed up look on our faces.
"We'd better get to class we'll leave you's to discuss this in private."
"See ya."
The two of us walked away inside and I whispered to Lexi
"Glad we got away from that love fest I wanted to puke."
"I reckon she's such a slut I don't know what Nate sees in her."
"Neither do I."

The lunch bell rang and Lexi and I raced outside so we wouldn't get trampled by the other students trying to get out. When we got outside we stepped to the side and leaned against the brick wall. I stared off watching all the people sitting in their certain groups when I was elbowed by Lexi.
"What?"
"Look."
She tilted her head and I turned mine to see Nate and Caitlyn making out.
"Oh."
"You ok?"
"Yeah I just wish they would get a room."
"I don't think that would be a good idea you and Nate got a room and now your in this..; well.. situation."
"True."
Lexi and I found an empty table and sat down and moments later Nate and Caitlyn joined us. Nate took a bite of his burger and spoke up.
"So is there anything new?"
Caitlyn spoke up leaning on Nate and combing his hair with her fingers.
"Well since Brooke graduated this week I was voted cheer captain for next year."
"That's great babe congrats."
I stared at her in disgust and pretended to be interested.
"That's exciting."
"Yeah I know."
Nate smiled at Lexi and I.
"Maybe you two could join next year."
"Us cheerleaders?"
"Them? No I don't think they're cheerleader material."
"Why not?"
"Well you don't really have the best attitude and you've let your self go a bit in the past few months."
I wanted to scream at Caitlyn but I didn't instead Lexi stood up in shock.
"Your calling her fat?"
"Not fat that's a horrible word just curvy."
"That still means the same thing."
I climbed over the seat and stood up next to Lexi with a sarcastic smile on my face.
"No your right I couldn't be a cheerleader cause then I'd have to be a bitch like you."
Nate looked at Caitlyn with an unimpressed look on his face and then shouted out my name as Lexi and I began to walk away not turning back.
"That wasn't very nice."
"I'm sorry babe."
