Chapter 13

Monday arrived and I kept rolling on my bed sluggishly. Who the hell would like to go to school on mondays except nerds?

Oh well, I am a nerd now huh?

Then why do I keep forgetting it?

People at home were taken aback by my change of attire. Poor uncle Luke, he couldn't even shut his mouth properly.

The twins dragged me into their car and insisted upon them dropping me to school. Well, two handsome twins with a grand car dropping a nerd would definitely make some commotion.

"I don't wanna get down," I squeaked.

"Then don't!" Jordan insisted.

"But I have a test today," I pouted.

"Who cares?" Jesse rolled his eyes.

"I wouldn't have cared but I'm a nerd now. I need to ace the test!"

"Well, the nerd attire did something good to you," Jesse smirked.

I elbowed him on his shoulder causing him to wince.

"Listen to me, only I get off the car. You both stay in and get out of here without making a scene. Got that?"

"Yes ma'am!" they chuckled.

They never listen to me that easily. Then what the hell is wrong with them today? They are being nice to me? Something is terribly wrong.

I let that go as they zoomed off, people gawking at me. I cared less and got into the school, straight to my locker.

"Heard the twins dropped by?" Megan smirked, leaning next to me.

"Yeah," I sighed, shoving the books in my bag.

"Are they still that sexy?"

"They are younger to us Meg!" I rolled my eyes as I started walking from there.

"Younger? So what? As if I cared!" she caught up to me. "So tell me, are they still here? You never replied to my messages!"

"They seized my phone. Said that I had to spend all my time available with the boys. I had to babysit them everywhere we went. They are such a pain in the ass," I sighed.

"Girls! Jean!" Arch came running to us, out of breath.

"Whoa buddy! Cool down! What's the rush?" Meg held his shoulders.

He panted, balancing himself, hands on his knees, "there is this hot topic which you might want to know," he glanced at us in between his pants.

"Yeah?"

"Ian..." he took a deep breath, "Ian has a girlfriend now!"

Really?

But I haven't seen him only for a day or so!

"Girlfriend?" we simultaneously asked.

"Yeah! It is the hot topic of the school. And guess what?"

"What?"

"The bitch is biting everyone's head off while talking about the matter," he grinned.

"Is that so?" I smirked, "but wait, who in the world is his girlfriend?"

"Kate saw her in the mall on saturday. She was all hot and happening and seemed to be along with a pair of twins by her side."

Shucks! It's me!

"Twins?" Meg eyed me suspiciously. "Maybe Jean has some explaining to do today."

"Is there something going on which I don't know?" Arch asked.
