"We all loved Tim Drake very much." Clark Kent spoke at Tim's funeral, "as a very valuable member of the team, he really made his mentor proud." He turned to look at Bruce, who sat next to Dick, Barbara, and Stephanie in the front row, "and all we can hope for him now is that we may see him again some day, and that for now, he shall rest in peace."
Everyone stood and took their turns passing by the coffin and saying the final farewells. Stephanie stopped by and looked at his dead body, and she couldn't help herself from crying. She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned to see Cassie crying too. They walked out together as Bruce, Dick, and Damian walked up to the coffin last.
"I failed you, Tim... I'm so sorry..." Bruce cried over the coffin.
"It wasn't your fault Bruce. I was there. I should've saved him..." Dick looked away. Damian just stared at the body, not even crying. Then he walked away without saying a word.
"First I lost Jason, then I lost you..." Bruce sighed as he looked at Tim's face, "what kind of mentor am I?"
"A really talented and strong one. " Barbara said as she rolled up to the two, "look, I'm sure you two tried your hardest to save him, but it wasn't your fault. It wasn't any of our faults. What's done is done, okay?" Barbara said as she took Dick's hand.
"Alright." Dick answered, patted Bruce's back, then walked off with Barbara.
"Father?"
Bruce turned to see Damian walk up to him.
"Damian, you can head to the car already..." Bruce said as he continued to look down at Tim sadly. But Damian didn't move. Instead, a few seconds later, he walked up to Bruce and gave him a hug. Bruce looked down at him in shock, kneeled down and hugged him back.
"There was nothing we could've done..." Damian said.
"I know..." Bruce nodded, "let's go home."
He stood up and he and Damian headed out, but Damian took one final glimpse back at the coffin and the people closing it up, then just walked out.

"How are you doing?" Nightwing asked Batgirl the day after the funeral.
"Not well..." Batgirl sighed as she sat on the couch in the living room of the cave.
"Yeah. Cass has been in the training room all day taking it out on at least a dozen punching bags..." Nightwing gestured to the training room, "Babs is just making herself do more work. Conner's also been pretty down lately, too. Not sure how Damian's doing, though."
"Hey, you better not be saying anything, you're only seventeen." Nightwing chuckled.
"Ha, you're right..." Batgirl smirked, then looked at the floor, "thanks, Dick. But... I should probably go home. Y'know, get away from the team for a bit..."
"Yeah. I think that's something we all need today, huh?" Nightwing nodded as he patted her back as he started leaving, "I hope you feel better."
"Thanks." Batgirl said, and she was left alone in the room. She got up, went to a Zeta Tube, and typed in her location to Gotham City.
"Recognized. Batgirl, B28." The cave computer said, and she appeared in a Gotham City alley. She stepped out of the run-down telephone booth and walked down to her house and made her usual route to her room. She looked at herself in the mirror, turned to her closet, and rummaged through her stuff. She reached into the back, and yanked out a purple outfit.
I need to get away from the team for some time... I need to find myself, first. Batgirl thought as she changed out of her Batgirl uniform and put on the purple hood,
"Time to bring out Spoiler again..."

Sorry this episode is so short! I was trying to come with something to write about for this one, but I only came up with the main turning point!!!!! So basically, this is going to be part one, and there's only going to be a part 2... I think. So yeah! Keep your eyes peeled for part 2! This is just to start you guys off!
