"It's over. Just give it all up now." Nightwing called to Vandal Savage, "you've lost before, and you'll lose again!"
"We did team up with you in the past, but the past is past. The Dark and The Light have reunited once again." Vandal Savage said.
"Not the whole Dark!" Klarion shouted, "you fools are too chicken to allow me back into the Light!"
"Admit it, Witch Boy. You never wanted to rejoin in the first place!" Black Manta denied.
"What?" Nightwing turned to Klarion and stared at him in disbelief, "is that true?"
Klarion just set his jaw and clenched his fists. Teekl began hissing, and the entire squad, even the Light, gasped to see Klarion's fists glowing red in a way they've never seen before.

"I may be a traitor, but I still refuse to work with Vandal!"
"We offered money. How could you not turn down an offer like that?" Lex Luthor asked.
"You can offer me all the money in the world, but I would still loathe you, Vandal, and I would turn on you. It's been my plan and the kid's plan all along!"
"The kid? Which kid?" Blue Beetle asked, and Klarion gestured to Red Robin.
"I was working with him from the start. He came to me for help in the first place. We helped each other expand our range of powers and abilities, and we decided to work together in taking down the Light, and that's the offer I was looking for." Klarion explained, "I told him that we needed more back-up, so we settled for the closest member we can get to the Light, and that was Robin. With his grandfather as a part of the Light, he was an asset. He then followed the leads to Tibet along with Jet, where they first ran into Red X, or Red Robin in disguise. Robin knew this at the time, but was playing the act that they needed to find out Red X's ID. We had found out how to use powers of telepathy, and I was able to get through to the team, and more specifically, Jet. I helped them and the Flock against your own daughter, Scandal Savage, who I was able to persuade to join us."
"Scandal...?!" Vandal turned to his daughter, who just shook her head and looked away from her father.
"I trusted you. But the truth came out. I have proof. Red X told me exactly what you said, and that you really had no concern for me. You used me." Scandal shook her head in anger, sadness, and disappointment.
"You see Vandal? No one likes you anymore." Klarion smirked.
"You monster!!! Turning my own daughter against me!! Now you will pay!!!" Vandal Savage screamed.
"Cyborg, Speedy, take on Black Manta. Superboy, Blue Beetle, take on Luthor. Scandal, Fang, take on Psimon. Red Robin, Flamebird, take on Red X. Klarion and I have Vandal."
"Good. Let's move." Superboy said as they ran forward and took on their targets.
"We won't lose again this time." Black Manta said as he ran up to Cyborg and Speedy as they started fighting.
