I rubbed my head and picked my heavy buster sword off the floor. Midgar had become a rough place since that army came through. I thought pokemon had trainers to stop them from doing this kind of thing, but I must have been wrong. League Army was run by no trainer, in fact if a trainer did try and take control they would have been killed on the spot. I swung at a collapsed house in anger and broke down what support it had left, crumbling the last standing section.
"Cloud of Midgar. Why lay waste to a wasted house? Surely your efforts are better used in a quest to avenge Midgar and everywhere else that League Army have torn down. Here, have a helper to aid you." a lady's voice echos around me. A beam descended from the sky like a waterfall of air and light. On the floor under the light a humanoid figure began to appear. Sandals, white robes kept close to his body, a golden wreath threaded through his brown hair, bands around his wrist that resembled two halos and a majestic bow in his hand. White feathered wings sprouted from his back and spread out like a bird.
"Pit has descended. He will aid you, Cloud of Midgar. I will watch over you from the heavens and help you all I can. For now, goodbye." the lady said.
"So, you're Pit I guess?" I asked this angel that stood before me.
"I am. Sent from Lady Palutena to help you! I've seen the brutality of League Army in places like Hyrule. I tell you, that place hasn't been the same since King Link fell in that riding accident. Know what I'm saying?" he said.
"King Link? I thought he was a myth. Wasn't he one of the legends that supposedly freed all lands? Great job he did! Look at the state of Midgar!" I responded with a sarcastic tone.
"King Link was a great man. He couldn't possibly have saved Midgar, nothing could! How about instead of blaming a dead King for the destruction of one city, we go on together and save one hundred others?" Pit answered with aggression. I nodded and we left Midgar in the direction the League Army went on. I already knew that this angel was a bit of a fighter, and being honest I would need to be even more of one if I were to take down League Army.
