Chapter 3

Nixon's POV

1 message received (from Blaize)

Bro Luke's back! Party later at 7. See you there!

"The hell i almost forgot! Jeez!" I rolled over my bed and rubbed my pillow on my face. Ugh! I looked at the time and it's already 6. I haven't got out of bed since this morning. I was just here in my room all day and i haven't even took in any foods. I'm not in the mood to go out but i can't miss Luke's party. I have to go out and accept the fact that i'm going to see my mom downstairs. I have no choice.

I stood up and walked in my bathroom. I showered for a minute and stayed there for a second and finally got out, i looked at the time and it's already 6:30 pm. I went straight to my closet and just stood there and stare at my pile of clothes

"All these damn clothes and I have nothing to wear. Damn it" I whispered

I just took my shirt and my pants and changed hurriedly. I'm not in the mood to dress up. Who the hell cares? I'm not impressing anyone

I looked at at the mirror and then took a deep breath

I hurriedly went downstairs and i was right. My mom is there. And dad? He's out of the country, what's new?

"I'm going out with my friends, mom." That was all i can say and then i kissed her cheeks. Yes we're not the family that were close as before because of some issues but i still have my full respect for my mom

"But son, the Collins are coming"

"Tell them i went out. Bye mom" and i just walked out the house and went straight to my car

"Damn business! Damn arranged marriage! Damn money! Damn life!" I said to myself as i drove as fast as i can

I already reached Blaize's house so I stepped out my car and went inside

"Nixon's here!" "Hi Nixon!" "Wanna hang out?" "Please go out with me?" each one of the girls said as i walked through them. Damn these girls are hot but i'm not really in the mood

Before i'll meet the guys, i decided to go straight to the kitchen, it's peaceful there, besides, i really need a drink right now

I slammed the door beause i'm still mad about what my mom said. I hate the Collins. Specially her.

"Hey you! Hand me a beer. I don't think i can handle searching for a beer outside cause all those girls are damn crazy" i don't know what's wrong with me. Why am i even raising my voice? Maybe i'm not good in controlling  my anger

This girl didn't even bother to answer or even look at me. Is she deaf?!

"Are you damn deaf?! Do you know who I am?!" I shouted

The girl finally turned her back. She faced me and answered back

"Hoy ka rin! Huwag mo akong ini-english diyan nasa Pilipinas tayo! Akala mo kung sino kang mayabang! Bakit sino ka ba ha?!" the girl shouted back angrily

Woah I didn't saw that coming

"Did you just raised your voice?!" "You don't know who you're talking to" i answered back seriously

She put her food and drinks on the table and walked straight in front of me. I don't know but did i just froze for a second and stared at her? Did i really just stared at her? The hell is wrong with me. I shouted on my mind

"That's the point. HINDI KITA KILALA. At ang sabi ng mama ko, DON'T TALK TO STRANGERS! At wala akong time makipag talo sayo! she shouted back and walked away. I think she's already mad

Woah. This one is a tough girl. I had never seen a girl who didn't went crazy about me. And she doesn't even know me?! Where the hell did that girl came from?!

I just stayed there for awhile and grabbed a drink. It's okay to be alone sometimes

I was out of my mind for a second and then someone hugged me on my back

"Hi Nixon, long time no see"

I turned my back and i saw Ky. I admit this girl is a b*tch but damn she's so fine

She looked at me like she wants to tell me something. And i know what she's trying to say. I don't like it but i think i really need it right now

I held her waist and pulled her closer to me and then she kissed me and i kissed her back

The kiss didn't last long because i knew this isn't right. I pushed her and told her i have to go. I walked out and went upstairs and the guys were already there talking and laughing with each other

"Hey sup bros your king is here!" i shouted as they looked at me and gave me a grin

We had our "bro hug" and then laughed at each other

"I thought you couldn't make it. And YOU'RE LATE" Luke said

"How can i miss the party of my bro?! And besides, the king is never late! You were just early" I laughed

"Hey you know what I went to the kitchen awhile back and there was this tough girl that had the nerves to shout at me. And she doesn't even know me. Is she the new maid here or something?" I asked curiously and laughed

"Maybe she was just drunk so she didn't recognize you" Luke answered with a grin

"Maybe. The Great Rhyle Nixon Sandler, the king of all kings! So what kind of girl doesn't know me anyway?! I answered with a laughed and raised my hand for a toss

"To the player who is back" i shouted as I raised my beer

"To the player!" They shouted back as they also raised their beers for a toss

We laughed loudly as if we're the only ones here. I missed this. I'm glad i have them. At least i'm happy and i can really show the real me when i'm with them
