Brendon
When he first found Dallon in California, he was drinking tea in a cafe with his family. The cafe was surrounded by elegant plants and they were covered in shade provided by palm trees.
He made eye contact with Brendon. He looked shocked seeing the brown eyed boy standing by the gate of the cafe. He waved, and Dallon smiled, crinkling his eyes.
It was early morning, the sky was a bright golden colour.
So he said, "Would it be all right if we just sat and talked for a little while?"
Dallon replied, "As long as you can make a promise not to break my little heart."
Brendon tried so hard to not quote The Fault In Our Stars. He really tried. "Trust me, it would be a privilege to have my heart broken by you." He knew that wasn't exactly how the quote went.
Soon enough, Brendon found himself becoming more and more close to this boy his friends used to occasionally pick on.
