Dallon
During the summer, me and Brendon did a lot of things together. Things that include:
-Going to a concert
-Going to the beach
-Going to the hot springs
-Watching movies
The list goes on. I mean, we did spend three months together.
(Things we didn't do together:
-SEX!
-ANYTHING SEXUAL!
-CALM DOWN!)
Anyway, the best thing we have done was boating. At one point we both had this idea to get a little boat and go out on the water, as far from the sandy shore as we can.
By little boat, I mean one of those paddle boats that are hard to stand on and keep still. Not the motor powered ones.
That was our mistake.
Within five minutes, Brendon fell in. As I tried to paddle away from him, he attempted to climb back in, which resulted in the boat tipping over and me falling in too.
We were both soaking wet, but laughing so hard that if we didn't have the life jackets on, we'd have probably drowned.
It's the memories like this that make me think I miss him.
Now would be the time I start quoting Adele, but I don't care. I'm fine. I don't miss him, I miss the memories. That always seems to be the deal with any kind of break ups. You don't exactly miss the person, you just miss the memories.
