"Dax!" Eli hissed.

"Too early," Maddox groaned. He could see the sun was up but a quick look at the clock told him it was only 7.

"This is important," Eli was still whispering.

"Day off. Try again later," Maddox rolled over and scooted in closer, tucking himself under Cole's waiting arm.

"I want more than 4 hours of sleep today," Cole mumbled.

"Me too," Maddox nodded and kissed him.

"So make your manager leave," Cole yawned and kissed Maddox again.

"Eli, please," Maddox called.

"Fine," Eli raised his voice to a normal speaking volume. "Just remember I tried to tell you as soon as I found out and don't be mad at me later."

"I'm getting mad at you right now," Maddox sighed.

Eli didn't answer and a few seconds later Maddox could hear the door to his hotel room shutting. He took a deep breath and fell asleep again right away.

A week after Maddox left L.A. for the rest of his tour he'd asked Cole to meet him. At first Maddox hadn't planned to see him at all but when he realized exactly how much of his time he spent thinking about Brent being with Adam he gave in. It took more than a few fights with Steve and Eli to work out the details but Cole had stayed with him for almost four months.

Having Cole with him was exactly the right kind of distraction to get Maddox through the European part of his tour. It was easy enough for Cole to blend in with the crew when they traveled. He disappeared whenever Brent came to visit and so far only Brent and the people working on the tour knew Cole and Maddox were together.

"Hey love," Cole's voice woke Maddox up. "The magic coffee fairy visited. Are you ready to wake up?"

"Only if I don't actually have to get out of this bed," Maddox sighed but untangled his legs from Cole's.

"Oh, have I finally actually made it so you can't walk the morning after?" Cole laughed and got out of bed. He went to get the two fresh cups of coffee that were waiting by the door.

Hunter had decided to let Maddox know how much he hated having Cole around by leaving their morning coffees on the table closest to the door instead of gently calling out to Maddox to wake him up and bringing his coffee right to him. If Maddox hadn't thought it was the funniest thing he'd ever seen he might have called him out for it but Cole seemed to think it was funny too so Maddox just let it happen.

"You can't take all the credit," Maddox yawned. "I just did four shows back to back. I don't think I've ever done that before."

"I should probably let you rest your mouth then," Cole teased and handed Maddox his coffee. "Funny you like all that shit in your coffee but your Pop Tarts plain as fuck."

"Whatever, you eat all these organic foods then turn around and snort all kinds of chemicals," Maddox pointed out.

"Yeah, yeah," Cole got back in bed. "Can we order food before we actually start fighting and have to have make up sex?"

"Wow, I've never heard you say you didn't want sex," Maddox laughed.

"That's not what I said at all," Cole grabbed Maddox's hips and pulled him onto his lap. Maddox kissed him.

"Love you."

"I love you too," Cole smiled at him. "And if you want sex you can have it. But I don't think either of us can handle it without something to eat first."
