|Kaylah POV|
Josh pulled up to the school parking lot. Thank god, it's Friday. Let's say Josh was pissed at me for kissing Miles, punching him, stepping on his foot, running away with my car... Yeah.. He wasn't a happy camper.
It's been almost three weeks since I've seen or talked to Miles since he came over.
"Okay, Kaylah. You know the rules right?" Josh asked
"Yes, Josh." I rolled my eyes "Just go to my classes, only talk too Stacy and Stephanie."
"There's one more baby sis"
I sighed "no connection with Miles. Physical or at all."
"A'tta girl." He kissed my forehead
I got out of the car with my head down. Pulling my bag out of the back seat and closing the car door.
"See you after school, Kay!"
"Bye" I muttered and walked to the gates of hell.
I pulled the sleeves of my baggy hoodie down farther on my hands and the good on my head.
I walked down the seemingly never ending hallway to my locker. A boy pushed me into a locker, another one tripped me. While keeping my head down. This happened for most of the day until fifth period when the highest pink high heeled shoes appeared in my vision.
"Look at me bitch." She snarled
I slowly raised my head to look her in the eyes.
Yay! My favourite bully. Angelica Marie.
She swiftly slapped me in the face with the force to send me to the ground. "You disgusting whore." She said. I gripped my face holding in the tears as she proceeded to kick me in the ribs and stomach. "Ugh you should just kill yourself." I tried getting back up but I'd get pushed down by someone else. Other kids would take turns slapping me, punching me or kicking me.
Angelica spit on me as she called me more names.
People in the hall created a circle around Angelica and I as they laughed.
"Hey!" A new voice yelled.
"Leave her alone!" Yelled another.
I curled up in a ball as the tears rolled down my cheeks. I kept my head down.
"Get lost!" The first person yelled.
I could hear feet scurrying away.
"Hey." Someone softly said to me.
I lifted my head and opened my eyes.
It was Aidon and Grayson. Miles' friends.
I let out a silent scream as I scrambled to get to Aidon's arms. I threw my bruising, sore arms around his neck and continued to cry.
He rubbed my back gently.
"We have to get her outta here." Grayson said.
"You drive." Aidon demanded "I don't think she's letting go right now."
Soon, Aidon raised from a crouched position to stand. "Wrap your legs around me, Kaylah." He whispered. So I did. My cries turned into sniffles and we sat in Aidon's forest green jeep.
We were in the same position but he was sitting and my arms relaxed but my hands still gripped his shirt.
"Call Mi, Gray." Aidon suggested.
Grayson didn't say anything. Until I heard a phone ringing that I realized he must've nodded.
"Ring.. Ring.. Ri-"
