|Miles POV|

-Recap-
I fall even more in love with you every time we kiss. Every time I make you smile. Every time I hug you or cuddle with you. You are the most amazing woman I've ever had the pleasure to meet. I want you to know you don't have to say it back. I don't want you to feel pressured into anything. Ever. Ok? I only want you to believe we have a chance. Even your annoying ass of a brother can't keep us apart." I smiled at her.

Kaylah grinned back. Tears of joy sliding down her rosy cheeks. Her hands grabbed the back of my neck, effectively pulling me to her, slamming our lips together once more before pulling away and hugging wrapping her arms around me, hugging me with everything in her.

"C'mon my love, I want to make you something to eat." I smiled, grabbing her hand.

We walked down the stairs, into the kitchen and I sat her down on a bar stool at the island at the side of her gorgeous kitchen.

I pecked her cheek, making her blush as I make my way to the pantry, looking for ingredients for spaghetti.

I quickly pulled the ingredients out of the pantry and onto the counter while going through the cupboards  grabbing a pot, filling it with water, a frying pan and a strainer.

I began cooking when I felt my princess's delicate arms wrap around around my waist from behind, causing me to smile.

"Hello my love." I said turning on the stove to cook the ground beef, glancing at her over my shoulder to find her staring up at me in what seemed like, adoration.

"Hey." She replied quietly pecking the middle of my back, considering she couldn't reach any higher than that, since I am at least four inches taller than her.

She picked up her phone and pulled herself up to sit on the counter in front of me, beside the stove, then started to frown.

I looked at her to see she was frowning.

I stood in between her legs, my thumbs rubbing in a comforting, circular motion across her thighs. "What's wrong?" I asked.

"It's Josh.." She trailed off sighing "he's just being.. Ugh. I don't know, a player I guess."

"Wanna talk about it?"

She nodded. "He's been seeing this girl, I think her name is Sarah? Samantha? No, Samara! Yes! That's her name" I frowned at this. It can't be my sister Sam right?

"Anyway," she continued "I've never met her but, I've seen her at school. She's gorgeous. Dark hair and these stunning blue eyes. Someone that perfect has to be up to no good." She looked at her phone casually.

I opened my mouth to defend my sister, angry at Kaylah for just assuming who Sam is before getting to know her but then she looked up at me and said,

"But then again, you fit that description very well and there's nothing bad with you." She slightly tilted her head to the right, smiling softly, making her look adorable.

"Actually you, you kinda look like her but-" her eyes widened in shock "Oh hell no." She said.

She pushed me away from her, clicking on her brother's contact name pressing the call button, rushing out of the room.

I checked the beef, making sure it didn't and wouldn't burn, before going after her to the living room.

The phone rang about three times before he answered. "Hey Kaylah."

She turned red with anger. "Don't you 'hey' me Joshuah, you better get your arrogant ass home before five or I swear to god I will drive to the Jensen household and drag your tall ass out of that house kicking and screaming. Don't press my buttons Josh. I know you've been fucking Miles's sister, YOU'RE JUST DOING THIS TO GET BACK AT ME AREN'T YOU?" She yelled into the phone. "IS THIS WHAT YOU'VE BEEN DOING? Every night that I make dinner and eat alone? All the nights I've left your dinner, that I made in the fridge your don't even eat it. You don't even take time to talk to me at the house. You know what? I don't even care. It's been just about a month since you've come home to eat dinner with me. So, I guess you're gonna get a surprise when you get home asshole."

I was shocked when she said he was 'fucking my sister' I wanted to kill the bastard.

But, I soon realized that I didn't want to be in her line of fire when she's mad so, I did what any sensible man would do, I went back into the kitchen to cook the spaghetti noodles and sauce.

After about ten minutes of hearing her angry screams I all of a sudden heard loud objects smashing on the ground, as I was straining the water out of the noodles.

"Oh shit." I ran up the stairs after putting the lid on the sauce and turning off the stove.

"Baby girl!" I hurried to where the slamming was coming from to find her attempting, keyword attempting, to push her brother' bed mattress out the window.

I looked at her stunned for a moment before bursting out laughing at the sight.

She had her hair pinned up in a messy ponytail, her cheeks flushed of her efforts to destroy his room. His game stations were obliterated, disks snapped. Books destroyed, pages ripped out of most. She had emptied a can of Coke (leaving the can there, on the ground) on his white carpet and rubbed Cheetos cheese powder all over his carpet, bedsheets and his duvet. Pillows were shredded, clothes pulled out of his closet, littering the floor. Most with cheese powder on them, staining spots on them a hideous orange colour. This small girl managed to get her knuckles bloody by, smashing his 70" television screen multiple times.

Her head snapped to me.

"Help me." She said and continued to push his mattress out of his window. I grinned and helped her push the rest of the mattress out, kicking it off the roof and onto the ground below.

"Up top." I lifted my hand to her

She looked up grinning to give me a high five.
