Part of the Flock- (Flock x Reader)

Mutant Power intro

Five minutes later, you were flying with the flock again. Somehow the Erasers tracked the flock, so it was time to re-locate. You decided to keep a fair distance between you and Angel, and try to keep your mind clear. Having a six year old mind controller was a dangerous thing, but everyone seemed o.k. with it, so you tried to adjust.

You flew next to Iggy again. "How can you...high-five Gazzy?" You ask tentatively.

Iggy shrugged. "I can just sense where most things are. And don't worry about the bomb thing. I can feel colors, so I know which wires not to cut and stuff like that."

"Is there...anything else you can do?" Feelling colors was defiantly weird, but, you did just witness a mind control.

"I can see if everything is white." He said dully. "Like in Antarctica, for example."

"I see."

"Fortunate for you."

"OH MY GOSH!!! I DIDNT MEAN IT LIKE THAT!!!" You hurriedly apologized as the flock laughed around you.

"Don't take it personally." Max said, straight-faced. "He pulls that joke all the time." You look over at Iggy and saw his sheepish grin.

"Alright.. So, can anyone else do anything...special?" You ask, looking at each of the flock members.

"Well I hardly think Max will tell you, so I will. Max can fly faster than all of us and she's got a voice in her head that tells her what to do and where to go." Iggy said quickly before being dropped on from above by Max. Laughing, he straightened himself out and continued. "She and Fang can also breath underwater with Angel. Fang can blend into his surroundings if he stands still, and I mean, completely blend. I'm talkin' invisible! ...Well, thats what Ive heard the other say, anyways." There was a few moments of silence before he continued.

"Gazzy gets wicked gas bombs, but, we won't get into that if we don't have to. He also does voice impressions which are scarily 100% accurate. Gazz and I are also the demolitions experts."

At that, Gazzy cackled and boasted. "We can make explosives out of anything!"

"Nudge can draw metal things to her palms and hack into any computer." Iggy continued.

"Ya! Its really useful when we need to find silverware in trash bins, I just stick my hand over the trash and concentrate and they zoom straight into my palm! Also, if I'm feeling lazy, I can just hold out my hand and I don't have to get up. You should have seen me about a month ago with Fang's computer! We needed info about where your lab was so I just put my hand on the screen and Whoosh! there was the information we needed! Its like I can TALK to the computers!-"

"Nudge, hon! I love ya', but tune down the motor mouth." Max interjected.

"And Angel already told you about herself." Iggy concluded.

"Igg!" Angel whined. "You forgot about Total!"

"Oh right. Fang has him."

Angel flew up to where Fang was flying and took a small black scottie dog from out of his jacket. Flying down next to you, she held out the dog. And then it spoke.

"Well it's about time someone introduced me! I mean, I'm the most important member of the flock! I'm practically the leader!" Total said as Max rolled her eyes.

You were taken aback. Sure, these kids had weird powers, but a dog that talked? You hadn't seen anything like it!

"Well? No compliments on my glossy coat? Or my smooth voice?" Total questioned.

"Total, the only thing 'glossy' about your coat is the grease!" Max teased.

"How dare you!?" Total demanded. "I'd like to have you know that I bathed a month ago!"

"He's perfect!" Angel cooed, nuzzling her face into Totals fur.

"Ack! Alright, I want Fang back!" Total said, squirming against Angel's affection.

About two hours later, you were all settled down in a decent sized crevice in the mountains. Total walked out to do his business and you collapsed in the back, panting. You hadn't yet gotten used to long flights, but at least you made it without fainting.

"Fang and I are going out to look for dinner. Stay here and, Gazz, Igg, no more explosives." Max ordered as she and Fang left, leaving disappointed boys behind.

You saw Iggy and Angel exchange a tap on the back of the hand, and Angel nodded. "We'll be right back guys."

"But Max said to stay here!" Nudge protested.

"We won't be gone long." And with that they flew off.

You sat there, trying to catch your breath as Nudge talked your ear off and Gazzy explored.

A few minus later, Iggy and Angel returned with water bottles, and handed two to you. You gulped the water down greedily and thanked them as they sat and drank their own water. Now hydrated, you felt drowsy. You faintly remember Max and Fang, looking very happy and holding hands with full packs on their backs, landing in the crevice, as you fell asleep.
