This Is Bad

Kelsey's POV

I was in the middle of cooking breakfast for Griffin and I, when all of a sudden I hear this loud boom a d all the power went out. I jumped and Griffin screamed. What is going on out there? I grabbed Griffin's hand and we walk to the front door. I open it to see everyone screaming and running. I see smoke and I hear loud gunshots ringing from afar. I hear men yelling and rotters groaning. What has happened to this place? This has to be a dream.

I let go of Griffin's hand to pinch my arm to see if I'm dreaming. I find out that I'm not dreaming and that the pinch hurt. I feel the wind start picking up and I realized that I'm still in my pajamas. Black leggings and a long sleeve maroon Alabama Roll Tide shirt. With maroon converses to match it. I see Griffin is still in her little Frozen gown.

Griffin took off running and I try to catch up with her, but I tripped over a dead body. It was someone from the community that I never really talked to. Him and his wife used to always play with Griffin and make her cookies. They were a really nice old couple.

I see a man walking towards me with a with a rifle pouting at me.

"Tell me where Kaiden and Dalton is? Now!" A man yelled at me.

"I..... I... I don't know." I stutter out.

How does he know them? We're these the people who kidnapped them? Why do they still want them?

"Nishan. Take her to the shed." He says and walks away.

I go to get up and run, but a feel a sharp pain in my back. I fall to the ground screaming and crying. It hurts so bad. I turn my head to see what it was and reach my hand to feel a knife in my back.

A man comes and ties me up and takes the butt of the gun and hit me in the back of the head until everything goes black. The last thing I think about was, what are they going to do to me?

Kaiden's POV

"NOOOOO!" I yell.

I see that Cassidy just got shot in the back of the head and fall lifeless to the ground. It was the sadest thing ever. Roma comes running to me with Griffin by her side.

"We have to go. Come on!" She says.

She keeps running, but I don't follow her because I'm trying to find other people.

"Hunter! Dalton! Isaac!" I scream.

I need to make sure everyone is okay.

I keep running away from where I am actually supposed to go. I need to find answers. I keep going until I see a man that looks all too familiar carrying Kelsey, who is bleeding, bridal style. I look closer until the dude turns his head. I see that it's Nishan. These are dads people! It's his fault for all of this! I should've known!

"Well, well, well. Look who it is." I hear someone say.

I take further steps to see a man. He was the creepy one in dad's camp.

"What do you want?" I ask harshly.

"My son. And you. And Dalton." He says.

"Who?" I ask rudely.

"He is a part of our group. He was here to see the inside of this place. It took him a long time. Now that you are here, we can blame you and Colt can kill the others and take what he needs when they least expect it. That is a good child. Obeying his father. That's what he should be doing right about now." He says.

Colt! He is part of their group. That bastard!

"He's not here. I killed him. My dad, Mark, told me to. He said that he couldn't trust him so he sent me and Dalton to kill him and to do the job. He wasn't to fond of you or your son." I lie.
