Chapter 18: Hide and Seek with Lilly

Dogwonder: I'm thinking of doing an short story in this book.

Nya: About what?

Dogwonder: Well, two actually. One how Tsukasa and Niki ended up together. The other one will be how you and Haku actually became official. I mean you two didn't have any feelings for each other in the beginning and were just there for each other. I want to show how it developed into love.

Nya: That's too much.

Dogwonder: Really? I think it would be fun and interesting. Let's just begin.

"Each team sends out one member. The rules will be explained once the team members are all gathered." Chapati informed us.

The Phoenix Feather group turned to each other.

"Who should go?" Tsukasa asked.

"The word hidden is in the name so it would make the most sense for the smallest person to go." Kuzo advised.

"That would make the most sense, but you would think there would be something more to it." Haku pointed out.

"Make up your mind already." Nova sighed.

Lilly glanced over at Blue Pegasus to see Eve decide to participate.

"I'll go." Lilly volunteered.

Nova eyed Lilly suspiciously.

"If you're going to go because of Eve, Nya will kill you." Nova frowned.

"Good thing I'm not." Lilly laughed.

Lilly walked over to the center where the other participants stood. Slowly the rest of the other team's members joined too and they all stood waiting for instructions.

"It's finally starting. What kind of game is hidden? Yazima-san do you have any favoring players?" Chapati announced.

"Hmm... My favorite would be Rufus-kun... But I also like Gray-kun." Yazima-san replied.

"What about you, Jenny-san?" Chapati asked.

"You don't need to ask. It's our incredible Eve-kun." Jenny commented.

"That's favoritism isn't it?" Niki asked.

"Of course it is." I grumbled. "She wants all the attention focused on her guild."

"Spiteful Nya." Kaiya smirked.

I glared at her, but she just drank her booze. I turned back around and focused my attention on the field.

"Hi Fairy Tail!" Lilly greeted. "Long time no see!"

"Yeah. Though it's surprising to see you in a new guild." Gray replied.

"Yes. Juvia wonders why you left the guild." Juvia added.

"Well, stuff happened." Lilly laughed. "But let's focus on the game. I don't plan to lose to you."

"Juvia doesn't plan to lose to you or Gray-sama." Juvia said.

"Sure. Bring it on." Gray agreed.

"So sorry. I will do whatever I can." Lyon interjected. "For Juvia."

"Oh~~" Juvia shivered.

"This annoying guy." Lilly sighed.

"Ignore him. Stupidity is contagious." Gray then turned his attention to Kabo. "Speaking of which, I've been wanting to ask... what the hell are you?"
