Dogwonder: We are nearing the end Nya. Like maybe four of five more chapters and you will be done forever. Your journey will soon come to an end.

Nya: So there won't be anymore stories about me.

Dogwonder: yeah. It's kind of sad. We should do something in honor of you or something.

Nya: Like what? A stupid contest?

Dogwonder:  Maybe everyone writing long live Nya on their profile. I don't know. Comment your ideas! But let's begin!

Today was the last day of the Magic Games, but also the end of everything for me.

Fairy Tail was in first place then Sabertooth, Mermaid Heel, Lamina Scale, Phoenix Feather, and Blue Pegasus. However, it all seemed insignificant.  I should at least care some for how my guild was doing. I had spent seven long years with them, but I had become too broken inside. Yesterday was my breaking point and I will continue to be broken from this day forward.

Though as soon as the announcer mention Natsu's name I felt something stir inside of me. Everything had meaning again. Natsu's gave me meaning in life, but it isn't meant to be.

So I watched a game where the numbers were constantly changing. A game where there was unnecessary cruelty, secrets revealed, win, loss, and the demonstration of how strong their bonds are.

On that day I witnessed an unbelievable victory, but also terrifying.  Just the presence and the strength of their family brought Sting to his knees. The whole stadium erupted into cheer and I smiled sadly at the scene. I then turned my back to it and walked away from it all.

As I walked through the hallways towards the entire I felt a sense of regret. Regret that I wasn't strong enough to get through, but I had to run away like I always did.

Sting is right. I'm always running. Maybe that's part of the reason he left the guild. He didn't want a master who couldn't even handle something like this.

I felt my eyes get a little misty and I quickly rubbed at them.

"Don't start crying now. You've lasted this long."

I then continued forward. Once I reached the entrance I saw someone waiting for me.

"Juliet?"

"Hello Nya."

I stepped towards her. "What are you doing here?"

"I'm coming with you."

"How? Was it Lilly?" I frowned.

"No. I overheard."

"Doesn't matter. You're not coming."

"Nya. I know how you are. You need someone by your side."

"How come everyone knows who I am when I don't even?"

"I'm sorry Nya. But I will come with you. You need someone to stop you from being reckless and to be honest you aren't the best cook."

"Have I really become that unstable?" I laughed sadly.

"Nya, an exceed needs a dragon slayer. A dragon slayer needs an exceed. We are in need of each other. So I will be coming along."

I looked down at the ground understanding the weight of her words. "Okay."

Juliet brought out a bag from behind her that I hadn't noticed before. "I took the liberty of packing our stuff already."

I picked up the bag and slung it onto my shoulders. "Thanks Juliet."

We then both started to walk away from the stadium wishing for a new start.

"I give the title of guild master of Phoenix Feather to Lilly Goldheart." I whispered.

As soon as I spoke those words I felt a weight be lifted off my chest.

I'm free. This phoenix has died and will be reborn again.

I then glanced at my shoulder to see the red guild mark on my right shoulder gone.

"It's not there is it?" Juliet guessed.

"Yeah."

"We are no longer part of Phoenix Feather. I have left the place that has been my home for seven years. I feel some regret for leaving, but I believe what I am doing to be the right thing."

"I'm sorry."

"Honestly Nya." Juliet sighed. "Did you not just hear what I said? Listening is an important skill for a lady to have. We will have to work on that."

I smiled slightly. "Sure."

The two of us walked through the quiet city with the sounds of the stadium in the background when a guard stopped us.

"Hey! You! Stop right there!" He yelled.

I glanced at the man annoyed. "What is it?"

"You can't leave."

"What authority do you have to tell me that?" I snapped.

"The king's authority.  He wants all wizards no matter what condition to report to Crocus Central Square.  He has an important announcement to make."

"You think I'm a wizard?"

"Your Phoenix Feather's guild master. Of course your a wizard." He countered.

I clicked my tongue in annoyance and looked down at Juliet. "Seems we have no choice."

"Yes." she nodded. "You should never go against the king's orders."

I sighed and we changed our direction.

"Juliet. He said all wizards. They'll be there."

"I know Nya. We should do our best to avoid them or there will be trouble when we try to leave again."

"That's what I'm afraid of."

Dogwonder: How was that everyone?

Nya was just about to leave! Her guild mark is gone!

Also, Juliet got more screen time! Yeah!
