I cried in Mamu's shoulder for minutes while they still held into their point that the wedding should still pursue. I cried because I don't know until when I'll be strong to handle everything. I cried because I wanted the wedding too much but I knowbit shouldn't happen. I am in the greatest dilemma of my life.

Later that time, Silver came to the living room with Papa Nate. He immediately went to me and asked why I am crying. People started to come too after they heard that I cried. My Mamu obliged to remove her hug so Silver went to the position. He wiped my tears as he asked me what's wrong. Being too tired because of crying, Granny did the answering.

"She's too overwhelmed of the sudden happenings.  When I am about to be married too, I cried a lot because of the role transition. Naalala ko pa noon gusto kong takbuhan nalang ang kasal." Granny laughed humurously. Tita Dannica told her story of her hesitations before marrying Tito Shin too.

"Hindi mo naman siguro ako iiwan sa altar?" Silver teased when I recovered and stopped crying. Everyone looked at me and just gave them a meaningful smile. I am still tired to answer.

"Baka ikaw pa nga Kuya ang maging run away groom." Goldie laughed on her snide remark. Everybody looked at him especially Granny giving her dagger looks. Goldie just gave a peace sign.

"I would never do that." Silver stated draping his arms around me.

The night ended with endless teasing about the wedding and honeymoon. When it was passed 9PM, our families decided to end the night and went home separate ways. Papa hugged me before they went off.

Silver, however, decided that I stay at his place for the night. I just agreed still being tired to argue his proposition. Pagdating namin sa condo niya, I immediately took a shower, wore one of his shirts and shorts, and slumped my self in his bed.

Hindi na rin nagsalita si Silver. I told him I am too tired and mumbled I love you and good night before I fell asleep.

Nagising nalang ako dahil sa ingay ng cellphone ko. It was constantly ringing from my bag so I stood to get it. Nahirapan pa ako dahil nakayakap saakin si Silver. Nagising din siya sa pagtayo ko.

When I saw my phone, it was Earl calling. Nakaramdam ako ng guilt. It's been so long since the last time I talked to him. Noong aksidente ni Silver. Dati rati lagi akong bumibisita sakanya, ngayon, nakalimutan ko na siya.

I immediately swiped my phone's screen with my thumb to answer it. Loud booming music on the background greeted me.

"Hello?" I uttered. I saw Silver sit on the bed with his disheveled hair through the dim light of the night lamp. He gazed at me and I felt my cheek flush because of his gaze and because of the idea that it's so normal to us waking up in the middle of the night like this on the same bed.

"Violet." I heard Earl speak. I can't clearly determine his voice dahil sa lakas ng music. I bet he is in his bar now spotting hot guys again. I mentally giggled at the idea.

"Sino yan?" Silver asked. He ran his hand through his hair and it made him more hot. I looked away brushing of my thoughts. I am talking to a friend in the phone. I should atleast focus on it.

"Earl?" I called Earl's name which also answered Silver's question. His eyebrows met at what I said.

"Where are you?" Earl asked. His voice is a bit hoarse. He must be drinking. I noticed the music was gone. He maybe went to his office in the bar which is, thankfully, sound proof.

"Sa..." It would be awkward if I tell him I am at Silver's place. Ni hindi niya alam kung ano ang meron saamin ni Silver ngayon. Ang alam lang niya, naaksidente si Silver. I got too preoccupied on Silver that I forgot a friend! Nakonsensya nanaman ako. "Sa Condo. Why?"
