Chapter 4// Asexual and Sexual

Rey's bus finally pulled into the unloading spot. Once the bus stopped, all the students on the bus stood up and filed and off the bus.
"Hey Rey! Wait do you want us to show you to your classes?" Finn asked and they hopped off the bus and made their way to the front door.
"No it's fine I have to get my schedule from the office anyway." She said branching off in different directions of the two.
She passed so many kids that she felt invisible. Like she wasn't there. Like everyone was not interested in the things that went on around them.
She finally made her way to office and pulled open the doors. She walked into the peppermint smelling room and walked up to the front desk.
"Hello how may I help you sweetie?" The middle aged lady sitting at the desk asked.
"Hi. I'm new and I need a schedule. My name is Rey Kenobi." She replied kindly.
"Ok. If you would take a seat and I will get with as soon as possible." The lady said pointing to some chairs.
Rey took a seat and immediately pulled out her phone.
{Rey's POV}
Papa:
Did you make it to school ok?
The phone read. She immediately texted back.
Yeah I made it. Waiting for my schedule.
She texted back. She hit the send button resumed to waiting for her schedule.
Then the doors of the office. Swung open.
A tall boy with a black jacket walked in. Hair as black as night with pale white skin.
He wore black jeans with tears placed randomly along the fabric.
Then behind him walked in a man around his height in what looked like to be a police officers uniform. He also wore a cap that read SECURITY in big white letters.
The boy and the security guard walked to the desk.
The lady who once there before was now gone. Then she suddenly appeared out of a doorway.
"Mr. Gon. What has Mr. Solo done this time?" She asked sounding disappointed.
"Graffiti on the walls outside the gym." The man said.
The woman sighed heavily and sat back in her chair.
"I will get the janitor on it. Oh Rey here is your schedule." She said sliding the paper across the desk. I got up and walked over to the desk, right next to the boy in the black.
I saw the boy glance down at my paper and then glare back up at me as I passed by to get my paper.
"See you in writing." He said as he pierced my soul with his hazel eyes. I returned the favor and gave him a look back as I exited.
The bell hasn't rang yet so I hurried to my locker and to my first class. Chemistry with Mr. Windu.
I grabbed my text book and dashed towards his room.
I entered the classroom and scanned across the room. Then I saw Poe and Finn waving at me. I walked over to the empty desk next to Poe and sat down.
"So how'd your trip to the office go?" Finn asked as I slid down into my chair.
"Good until this guy acted super creepy and told me 'See you in writing." I said mocking the way the guy said it to me.
"It's Kylo." They both said as they looked at  each other.
"Who's that?" I asked confused.
"Kylo Ren. The most emo guy in this whole school. He has a friend, Hux. His real name is Armitage but everyone calls him Hux. Stay away from them. Like I mean it." Poe said leaning in close to me.
"Ok ok I get it."
"If they talk to just walk away." Finn says emphasizing "away".
"Ok got it." I said looking around the room.
Then Mr. Windu walked in. He placed his suitcase on the desk and wrote the agenda on the chalkboard.
"Good morning class." Mr. Windu said as he turned back around to acknowledge the class.
"Good morning Mr. Windu." The class said in unison and in monotone. Like a bunch of dead people.
"Today we will be taking about asexual and sexual organisms." He said as he opened his suit case and pulled out a big stack of papers.
"Each one of you will get this paper which is due by the end of class."
Then he drew something on the board. A picture of a what seemed to be a asexual organism and sexual organism.
"I'd smash that." A guy in a letterman jacket says nudging the guy next to him laughing.
"You would consider having consensual sex with an organism James. Not the dumbest thing I've heard you say this year." Mr. Windu says turning to the boy who said the stupid joke. I must admit it was stupid but Mr. Windu was awesome.
I liked this class.
