Chapter 12// It Was A Dream?

Beep Beep. Beep Beep.
I wake up shaking and startled.
"Are you kidding me?!?!" I shout now realizing that the whole kissing Ben thing was a dream.
"Are you fucking kidding me?!?" I yell even louder.
"Reney!!" I heard papa shout my real name.
"Sorry Papa." I yell down stairs.
It was Friday so I only had one more day of this and then I could relax.
I pull out some shorts and a shirt and pull on my shoes. I grab my bag and race down stairs, I was pissed off.
"Good morning Rey. How was your sleep?" Papa asked as I opened the door.
"I'd rather be dead." I say.
"What about breakfast?!" He yelled.
"I'm not hungry!!" I yelled back.
I walked down my drive way and saw a car pull up in front of me.
It was Finns car. Poe was in the back seat.
"Come one I'll give you a ride." Finn says opening the door.
I hope in and take a huge breath in.
"What's wrong?" Finn asked looking over at me.
"So you know how I said I connected with Kylo the other day and stuff?" I started to say.
"Yeah....." Both Finn and Poe said suspiciously.
"Well, I have this dream last night that Kylo and me went to this hill. And we looked at the stars and....." I trailed off.
"And???" Finn asked anxiously.
"He kissed me." I say preparing for the worst from Finn.
Finn slammed on the brakes and I felt Poe hit the back of my seat. Good thing I was wearing a seat belt and the safety catcher was on.
"What?!?!" He yelled.
"Dude what the hell?" Poe yelled obviously not wearing a seat belt.
"Buckle up next time." He said calmly to Poe and then looked at me crazily.
"What happened?!" He yelled again.
"He kissed me but it's not like it happened in real life!!" I yelled back.
"I know that but Rey! Your dreams can predict what your worried or happy about!" Finn shouted.
"Sometimes they can even predict the future." Poe added.
Then a car honked at us as we sat in the middle of the rode.
"Hold on!" Finn shouted out the window.
Then the car that honked at us was now speeding around us.
"Finn can we please just drive to school and not get ourselves killed?!" I shouted.
"Fine. But when we get to school I better not see you talking to that Kylo creep." He yelled as he slowly pressed the gas pedal.
We finally made it to school, safely, and we parked the car.
I got out of the car and swung my bag over my shoulder.
I started to walk for the doors but then I felt someone grab my arm.
"You're walking with us." Finn said lifting a brow.
"Finn it was just a dream! It's just some bullshit!" I yell.
"Still. I don't want that creep touching all over you and stuff." Finn says walking in the doors with my following along with Poe.
"But I just foiled your plan. You can't follow me to 2nd period." I say smirking.
"Fine. You can talk to Kylo but only is he talks to you. No creeping." He says pointing at me with a finger.
Soon enough second period rolled around and I wasn't ready at all.
I walked in and sat down at my seat trying to avoid eye contact with Kylo.
"Hey Rey." He says catching me off guard.
"Wha?- Heyyy Kylo." I say really weirdly.
"Rey? What's wrong?" Kylo asks lifting a brow.
"Nothing. What makes you think something is wrong?" I say looking around.
"Your being really weird. What's going on?" He asks.
"Ok I just had this weird dream but I doesn't mean anything it's just really weird." I say lifting my hands and waving them around.
Kylo probably knew I was stressed so he didn't ask me about the dream, he just nodded and turned away. Some friend.
"What happened yesterday. Like at your house and stuff? I kinda forgot." I ask.
"We went to the mall and you were being a super savage and pissing off these dudes. And then I dropped you off at your house and that's it. Why?" He asks looking concerned.
"Oh. Nothing it's just I forgot a little just wanted to make sure." I say obviously lying.
We sat there in silence as the rest of the class filed in.
"Hey do you wanna come over today and we could work on the project." He asks grabbing my arm.
I flinch and pull my arm away.
"I can't! I have to uh-- go to a party with Poe and Finn." I say suspiciously.
"Oh. That's fine we can work on it tomorrow." He says smiling. He was so understanding and forgiving he didn't deserve this.
But the truth was I didn't have a party to go to with Poe or Finn. What was I going to do?
I was in for one hell of a night.
