Chapter 32// Ken and Barbie

As Poe, Finn and I pulled into the driveway we could hear guys yelling and muffled music.
Poe pulled into the driveway and parked.
As we got out I started to shake. I ran a hand through my curled hair separating the strands of hairs.
Poe glances at me and takes my hands.
"It's going to be fine. You look hot af." He says looking me up and down.
I smiled lightly and walked to the door.
As we entered the house packed with kids, the music automatically got louder as the door opened.
I walked in behind Finn and before Poe.
I walked in and felt like every person in that room was staring at me. I was super uncomfortable.
"Let's get some drinks shall we?" Finn says walking to the cooler in the corner.
"What do you want?" I ask Poe digging in the ice chest.
"Just any drink that involves alcohol is fine." Poe says looking around the room.
"Same." Finn says popping out from behind Poe.
"Here you go." I say handing them both cans of what ever.
"What are you having?" Poe asks bumping hips with me.
"I'm not thirsty I'll probably just a have water." I say shrugging.
"Ok." Poe says rolling his eyes.
"Oh my god ex alert coming this way!!" Finn whispered loudly as he turned away.
I turned towards Finn and saw Kylo approaching us......with a girl.
How could he have moved on this quickly?! He wasn't even that interesting!
"Hey Rey." Kylo says walking up to our trio.
"Hey Kylo." I say looking at the floor.
"This is Amber. She my girlfriend." He says wrapping his arm around the girl to his right.
My heart dropped to the floor and my throat shriveled up into a piece of jerky.
"Hi I'm Amber." The girl spoke. She had long blonde hair with blue eyes. She was very short and was super skinny.
I looked at the girls hand and looked away. I didn't want to be friends with my ex's new girlfriend. That was weird to me.
She held out her hand awkwardly until she put it down by her side again.
Poe elbowed me in the arm and smiles back at the girl.
"So how long have you guys been together?" Poe asks trying to make conversation.
I scoffed and rolled my eyes.
I was acting like an absolute BRAT but I really wasn't in the mood to hear about Kylo's love life.
"We've been together for a couple of days now but we're in love." Amber says wrapping her arms around Kylo. My anger rate was sky rocketing through the roof.
"So rey have you been seeing anyone?" Kylo says turning everyone's attention to me.
I look at him and put a hand on my hip.
"I've been seeing no one thank you very much." I say smiling and turning away.
I decided to walk outside since I couldn't stand it in there anyway.
I walked outside and down the driveway. It was pretty cold that night so I hugged myself till I was warm.
"What the hell is your problem?" I hear Poe approach me from behind.
"I can't be in there with that twit and the blondie. I'll kill myself." I say turning towards him.
"You're going to walk in there and apologize right now!" He says pointing to the house.
"Like hell I am." I say facing the road.
"Like hell you are!" Poe says grabbing my arm and pulling me to the house.
He drags me into the room we were in when I stormed out and acts like nothing is wrong.
"So where were we?" Poe says acting like everything is ok.
"We were just talking about you and Finn. How long have you been together?" Amber asks still wrapped around Kylo.
"We've actually been together for a year now." Poe says pulling Finn close to him.
"Wow! That's impressive. How'd you do it?!" Amber asks laughing. I could tell that Kylo wasn't engaged in the conversation.
I glanced up at him and saw him staring at me with sad eyes.
I glance back down at the ground gripping my arm.
I didn't listen to anything the three were talking about at all so when they asked me a question I was totally clueless.
"What?" I ask looking up from the ground.
"How long have you been in Texas?" Amber asks as all eyes are on me. I knew this answer. I've been counting the days I've been here.
"65 days." I say smiling weakly and shrugging.
"Oh wow. Where did you move from." She asks again. I started to feel intimidated by Kylo staring at me so much.
"Connecticut." I say looking back down at the ground.
"Oh I have some family up there! They live in Detroit!" Amber says smiling stupidly.
I look at her confused and raise a brow.
"Honey that's in Michigan." Poe says giving her the same look as I was.
"Oh." She says loosing her smile.
"So Rey how's BB-18 or whatever your dogs name is." Kylo says trying to make me speak.
"You shit head." I say smiling sarcastically at him.
"What?" He asks confused.
"You know my dogs name. FOR GODS SAKE YOU NAMED MY DOG!" I yell putting my hands on my head from exhaustion.
"Rey calm down I wa--" Kylo started to say.
"No don't even! You're just acting like a dick because your precious side chick is here. Well news flash honey I don't fucking care!" I yell raising my middle fingers in the air.
"Rey wait I'm sorry!" I hear Kylo yell behind me.
"I'm not!"
