Chapter 24// BB-8

"Oh Rey you're bac-- Who is this?" I hear papa say as he walks towards me and the puppy in hand.
"I found this little guy on the streets. Can I please keep him???? Please Papa." I pleaded with the puppy.
"Look at his little eyes." I say holding the puppy to my face and pouting.
"Ok fine you can keep him or her." Papa says petting the little dog in my arms
"But you have to feed it and clean its poop." Papa says pointing at me and lifting a brow.
"Ok I promise." I say running up stairs and bringing the puppy.
I open my door and see Ben awake standing at my desk.
"Hey!" I say super happy about my new friend.
"He-- What's this?" Ben asks and walking to me.
Ben pets the dog and sits on the bed.
"My new pal." I say throwing my coat on my chair.
"Have you named it?" Ben asks looking at me.
"No I haven't really thought of a name." I say turning and thinking.
"How about Kiki? That's a cute name." Ben says putting the dog on his chest and petting it.
"I don't know if it's a boy or a girl." I say walking to my desk.
What was Ben looking at? I liked to write so he might have been looking at that.
"It's a girl." Ben says.
I am puzzled for a second about he found that out so quickly.
"How did you... Never mind." I say throwing the thought to the side.
"What about Boba?" Ben asks.
I did like Boba tea. And I think Boba is the name of science fiction character.
Boba Jett?
"Maybe." I say not really liking the name.
"My best friends name was BiBi. We met when we were 8." I say remembering her. BiBi was my best friend when I was younger until she moved away to Colorado. I missed her a lot but I made some more friends.
"BB-8!" Ben yells standing up quickly.
I loved that name!
"I love it!" I say jumping up and down.
I pick up the tiny dog and hold her to my face.
"Hello BB-8." I say kissing her nose.
She barks and licks my face.
"I guess she likes you." Ben says laughing.
I put BB-8 on the floor as Ben pulls me in for a kiss.
We peck each other on the lips and smile at each other. I was more happy when I was with Ben. I was more excited in life.
I pulled out my phone and threw it on the bed.
I plopped on the floor next to BB-8 who was playing with my shoes.
I heard my phone ding and Ben went to look at it.
"Who's Jackson?" Ben asks looking at me.
"I met him at the grocery store when I bumped into him." I say scratching BB-8's belly.
"Oh. Does he have a girlfriend?" Ben asks giving me my phone.
"I don't know I didn't ask him when he asked me to hangout." I say laughing and replying to Jacksons text.
"He asked you to hangout?!" Ben yells throwing his hands in the air.
"Yeah. Ben your my boyfriend why would I cheat on you?!" I yell back.
"I don't know." Ben says turning around.
"Ben you know I would never cheat on you." I say putting my hand on his back.
He looks back at me and smiles.
"I'm sorry. I'm just tired." He says laying on the bed.
"It's ok." I say laying next to him.
"Where did you find BB-8?" Ben asks looking up at the ceiling.
"I found him down the street. No one around just him and the rain." I looking down at BB-8 on the floor. She was chewing the carpet which I didn't mind.
"She's reckless." Ben says looking at BB.
"She's my baby."
