"Peter! Daisy's here!" his little sister shouted excitedly when she opened the door to find her brother's girlfriend standing there. Lorna absolutely adored Daisy, not only because she was so sweet & loved to annoy her brother, but because of her mutation. Daisy could control plants. She could bring dead plants back to life, make plants do whatever she wanted them to do, absorb energy similarly to photosynthesis, &, Lorna's personal favorite, make plants sprout from anywhere, even the palm of her hand.

As Lorna closed the door, she clapped her hands excitedly, "Again!" she squealed & Daisy grinned, instantly knowing what she wanted.

She leaned down closer to Lorna's level, "Hold out your palm," she instructed & Lorna obeyed, giggling with excitement. Daisy gently levitated her hand above the little girl's outstretched palm, moving her fingers. Suddenly, a plant began to grow. A light green stem appeared, then a leaf, then a bud, & eventually, a bright, pink rose had sprouted & bloomed in Lorna's hand.

She squealed & smelled the rose, bouncing excitedly, "Thank you, Daisy!" she ran into the kitchen, "Mommy Mommy! Look what daisy gave me!" Daisy laughed & followed the little girl into the kitchen. Magda instantly smiled at the girl she loved as much as her own children. She adored Daisy & felt she was a great influence on ber troublesome son, Peter. In addition, she was probably the kindest person she had ever met who made her son happy all the time, something she knew he needed & was truly grateful that Daisy was providing that for him.

"Hi, Magda!" Daisy greeted as she hugged her gently.

Magda eagerly returned the hug & smiled, "Hello, Daisy. Peter's in his room."

She giggled, "I figured as much," she let go of Ms. Maximoff & went towards the basement, stopping for a moment. She turned & saw Magda had turned her attention back to making lunch for the four of them. Daisy smiled & gently twirled her fingers, making a bouquet of roses appear on the table. When Magda turned around to grab something, she noticed the flowers & grinned widely, grabbing them & smelling them. She closed her eyes a bit & Daisy smiled, happy to see her happy, before heading down into Peter's room.

Not surprisingly, she found the speedster playing on his Pong machine. Daisy couldn't help but smile at his predictable behavior. She gently twirled her fingers, making a daisy appear, & gently splayed her palm towards Peter, causing the daisy to float over towards him & gently tuck itself behind his ear. Peter immediately shot a hand to his hair, grabbing the flower & pulling it down to see what the object was, grinning when he saw the daisy. In an instant, he was beside her, smiling as he smelled the sweet flower, "Hey, Flower Girl."

"Hi, Speedy," she grinned. He laughed & leaned over, pressing a kiss to her cheek. Her cheeks flushed a soft pink but her smile widened. In the blink of an eye, the two of them were suddenly on the couch, Peter with his head in her lap. She immediately began running her fingers through his hair, loving the soft brushing of his silver locks. Peter closed his eyes immediately in pleasure, loving the coolness of her fingertips against his scalp.

It was so hard for Peter to be sad or upset when he was around her because she literally radiated sunshine. She was always smiling & bubbly, like a sunflower. Peter, too, was a silly & happy guy, but due to his difficulty with people, he got sad quite often. After he met Daisy, he definitely had much less sad days. In fact, he had almost none since they met a little over two years ago, but every once in a while, his mind would fail him & he'd have a bad day.

Unfortunately, today, he was having a bad day.

Daisy leaned down & pressed a kiss to his forehead, sensing that he was a bit off. Along with her plant controlling abilities, Daisy also had an incredible amount of empathy. She knew how people felt just by being around them & feeling the energy they gave off. Peter usually gave off a very exciteable energy, but now, he was radiating a very lethargic & apathetic kind of energy, which she immediately picked up on.

His eyes opened when he felt her lips on his forehead & she gave him a gentle smile, "Bad day?" she inquired, although she already knew the answer.

He smiled sadly, "Yeah," she pouted cutely, thinking for a moment. After some time, her brain sprouted an idea, & her glorious smile reappeared.

"Well, let the Flower Girl fix that,"  she began running ber fingers through his hair again, making him relax. His eyes fluttered closed once more as she began to work her magic. She let one hand twiddle his locks while the other gently started to make flowers. Her fingertips twirled & one by one, a small flower would appear. After each little flower appeared in her palm, she would carefully & artistically, put it in his hair. She continued to do that until his hair was a nest of flowers. Peter, who was so focused in the warmth of her fingers against his skin, didn't even notice that she turned his hair into a garden.

She gently stopped playing with his hair & his eyes immediately shot open, darting to her face, "Why did you stop?"

She smiled sheepishly, "Hand cramps," she fibbed.

He smiled at her cuteness, "Aww well, let me give your hands a break," he gently sat up, his face suddenly close to her, "and your lips a work out," she rolled her eyes at his cheekiness, but welcomed his kiss nonetheless. His kiss was sweet & gentle, a faint hint of Twinkies & Mountain Dew evident on his lips. She laughed a little, the taste being so him.

Peter stared at her, frowning a bit, "I'm sorry, did I do something wrong?"

"No not at all!" she laughed again wrapping her arms around his neck, "You just taste like...you."

He raised an eyebrow in confusion, "Thanks, I'm glad...?"

She laughed some more, "Nevermind," she pulled him in for another kiss, which he eagerly returned.

He pulled away after a while, pressing his forehead against hers. She smiled her beautiful smile, making his heart stop, "Feeling better?"

He nodded, "Much better, thank you," he flashed her his signature crinkly-eyed, dimpled smile, making her somehow radiate even more sunshine. Like his sister, Peter also found great joy in Daisy's mutation. It instantly made him happy, & although he felt guilty asking her to do stuff for him, he asked every once in a while when he needed a smile or when he wanted to see her smile, "Can you do the thing?" he asked, his brown eyes twinkling happily.

She laughed softly, "Of course, anything for you," he eagerly outstretched his palm & she slowly wiggled her fingertips until a small daisy sprouted from his hand. He smiled widely as he took the flower & pressed it to his nose, inhaling the sweet scent. He twirled the flower around his fingers & giggled, "Do it again?"

She rolled her eyes. He was just like his sister, "I've got something better," he watched curiously as she outstretched her palm & petals began to whirl around in aimless patterns. His eyes eagerly followed the petals as they slowly spun upwards, gently pulling themselves together to form a silver colored daisy.

Peter gently took the flower from her hand, looking it over, "Whoa," he said simply, making her laugh.

"Peter! Daisy!" his mom suddenly called from downstairs, "Lunch is ready!" she started to move, but Peter stopped her.

"You're really something special, you know that?" he said, looking into her eyes, "You're one of the most beautiful people, inside & out, that I've ever met, & I'm so so lucky to have you in my life."

She blushed slightly at his words, smiling, "Aww, Pete," she gave his nose a quick peck, "You're beautiful inside & out, too, & I'm just as lucky to have you."

He smiled widely, kissing her softly, "I love you."

She returned his equally excited smile, "I love you, too," his grin widened & he picked her up, racing into the kitchen.

Magda looked up, doing a double take when she saw Peter's hair. Lorna looked up & squealed excitedly. Peter stared in confusion as Daisy bit her lip to keep from laughing, "What?" his mother couldn't help it & burst into a fit of giggles. Peter then walked over to the mirror in the hall, taking a peek. He gasped, seeing all the intricately placed flowers in his hair. He turned to Daisy, who was grinning at her handywork. Peter just laughed & sped over to her side, wrapping an arm around her waist & pulling her side into him as he kissed her cheek, "My precious little Flower Girl," he mumbled against her cheek, "You always know how to make me smile."
