REQUESTED: A part 2 for the prompts #1 & 8 with Quicksilver drabble?

------------------------------------------------------

You were helping Magda do some cleaning around the house & watching Lorna for the day. You convinced Magda to go out & take a spa day, leaving you in charge. She was extremely reluctant to leave Peter alone, but she knew that you would keep him in check & prevent him from getting into trouble. Plus, since you were her new daughter-in-law, she figured this would be the perfect test for you.

Just a few months ago, you & Peter had accidentally gotten married at a nearby chapel after a night filled with video games & too much Mountain Dew. Although it was so sudden & unexpected, you had both decided that it was something you wanted, & decided to stay married. Magda was shocked by Peter's admission, probably moreso than you & Peter were, & after a long scolding with Peter, she realized that he couldn't have picked a better wife & that having you in his life was one of the greatest things that ever happened to him. So, she was supportive & welcomed you to the Maximoff family with open arms. She let you move into her home, or more specifically, Peter's basement, & basically made you a part of the family.

You finished up with the dishes & decided to make lunch for you, Peter, & Lorna. Just as you were about to start cooking something up, Peter sped into the kitchen, his headphones in his ears as he sang loudly & horribly off-key. You laughed as he pushed past you to grab a Mountain Dew from the fridge, still singing. He was singing along to the mix tape you made him randomly as a gift.

When the last song on the tape ended, he removed his head phones & chugged the can of soda before turning his attention to you. He grinned goofily & wrapped his arms around your waist in a hug, kissing your cheek, "Hellooo Wifeyyyyyy," he sang.

You laughed, "Hello, my lovely husband."

"I am lovely, aren't I?"

You rolled your eyes, "The loveliest," you pulled out a bunch of ingredients & decided to make sandwiches. Peter watched you as you prepared them, his hands never leaving your waist & his lips constantly brushing kisses against your jaw & cheek.

Peter was always affectionate, especially towards you, but this was a lot of affection, even for him. The only time he was this affectionate was because he was either in trouble or he wanted something. You decided to play along, holding back your questions, "You sure are being extra loving today. What did I do to deserve such extensive affection?"

He grinned, pressing a kiss to your throat just as you said that, "Well, you put up with my crazy ass, so that's already worthy of all the Peter lovin'."

You laughed, "Peter lovin'? Is that so?"

He giggled against your neck, "Yup, only the worthy get all my lovin'."

You laughed, "Okay, Paul McCartney," you joked, letting him know you got the reference, "Are you sure you didn't break something or go shoplifting & are trying to sweeten me over so I won't be as mad?"

He stopped, his eyes widening & brows furrowing, "How did you...? No!" you just smirked at him & he sighed, "Okay, fine, yes, I did break something, but it was an accident! And that's not why I'm showering my lovely wifey with lots of love."

"I am lovely, aren't I?" you mocked.

"Marry me."

"Sorry, another guy beat you to it. Besides, I'm only into guys with silver hair."

He frowned, "Damn, I guess I'm out of luck there," he murmured against your neck, making goosebumps rise onto your skin. Peter followed the silver band on your finger as you made the sandwiches, smiling to himself. He loved a lot of things in this world: Pink Floyd, Rush, the color silver, his mom; but there was nothing, absolutely nothing that he loved more than seeing that band on your finger every day & being reminded that you were his wife. Sometimes, he would stay up at night, just watching you sleep & admiring the bands on both of your fingers with a smile on his face. He was secretly so thankful for consuming so much sugar with you that night a few months ago because he might not have ever got the opportunity to make you his wife, "You know, we never got to go on our Honeymoon. I think we should fix that."
