It was the end of the month and I was looking forward to this day. It was the day me and the girls would all meet up. It was our first one since we all was at Tasha's since she's moved back. The plan was to meet at mine but Jess said she wasn't feeling well and due to her house sitting she would prefer if we all came to her sisters. I didn't mind because we was in the middle of refurbishing the house so it was a mess.

"Babe I'm going now. See you later." I said as I kissed Malcom on the cheek.

"Alright babe. Have fun and tell the girls I said hi." Malcom said whilst he watched football.

Since the day of that phone call he is home every night and tending to ALL of my needs. Maybe he realised there was no place like home. It did have me reconsidering what I had planned. But I wasn't fully convinced.

As I made my way to Jessica's sisters house I thought about Tasha, I hadn't seen her since the day she came to mine in tears and was there for a couple hours not saying a word. Then when I went upstairs and came back down she was gone. I drove round to her house to find she wasn't there but her sister was. I hadn't seen Natalie since my wedding. I didn't even know Tasha and Natalie was cool. I was glad but couldn't even stop to talk to her because I was on the hunt for Tasha. Unfortunately I never found her but she did message me to tell me she's okay. Not that I believed her but I left her to it.

I knew today wasn't really the time or place but I wanted to know what was wrong. As I arrived I noticed both Tasha and Alex was already there – their cars were parked outside. I parked and knocked the door.

"Hey Steph. Come on in." Jess said and smiled. We went through to the living room where the rest of the girls were.

"Hey ladies." I greeted them.

"Heyyyy" they sang.

"So now we are all here, what this is about is us to catch up monthly. I know we are all busy with our lives but I'm sure we can take a day per month to catch up. It won't always be inside. Sometimes we can go places and do stuff. But today I just really want to catch up as I feel I missed out on so many years. Zack and Jasmine are all talking and walking and everything. I let you lot get away at mine last time but not this time. Whether it's good or bad news. Spill." Tasha demanded.

"Okay, so seeing as you want us to spill what about you? How come you forgot to mention your sister living with you?" I asked her.

"Huh?" She said as if she was confused. She then continued. "Ohhhhh...you know what yeah I really thought nothing of it. I saw my sister and mother when I went food shopping and she wanted to talk. Said how she missed me. Our mum was rude as usual. I gave her my card and told her to call me. She called me the same day telling me that our mother kicked her out with her son..." Alex cut her.

"She has a son?"

"Yep. And another on the way."

"When I saw her I wondered if she was pregnant but you know your sister stands bad I wasn't sure." I said and we all laughed.

"So if your mum kicked her out why she not living with her baby daddy?" Alex asked.

"One. I fixed the situation because my mother has no right to do that. And two. This so called baby daddy seems like a ghost to me."

"What do you mean?" Jessica asked bringing the drinks over.

"Well, either he's real and a bastard. Or he's fake and my sister don't know who it is. She claims Junior and the one on the way both have the same father but he wants to be with her however he can't leave his partner." She said rolling her eyes.

As soon as I heard that it made me think of Malcom and his affair. It's like all these men just don't know how to have just one woman. I shook my head.
