I'm eight months pregnant and ready to give birth. I've been told my daughter is quite low so an early birth is expected. I just hope I can get today out the way and have my baby shower without her making a surprise appearance.

I wasn't going to have a baby shower but I did want one. I just didn't like celebrations. You see, due to me feeling like an outcast. Even though my family show me nothing but love I still sometimes feel like the black sheep.

I saw another missed call from Malcoms mum and I knew I couldn't hide from her any longer. I know I said I was going to see her but I changed my mind. I just wasn't interested in what she had to say.

Her son had been making sure everything I requested he made happen. I have my new home, the cars are in my name and I have £8000 in my account for my babies savings. He's been trying to call me too but I have nothing to say to him. He wants a paternity he will get a paternity but until then we have nothing to talk about.

As I entered the hall where my baby shower was being held I started to cry. This baby has my emotions all over the place. All I did was cry. The weather changed - I'd cry. I run out of ice - I'd cry. It was getting all too much.

"This is amazing!" I said as I saw everyone. They all started taking photos of me and I felt like the luckiest girl alive.

"I'm glad you like it. I worked hard to get it to your perfection. Now, my sister is here but she's been in the toilet ever since your mum arrived."

I laughed.

"Let me go get her."

I walked to the toilet but no one was in there. Then I noticed one of the cubicles was locked.

"Natalie. I know that's you. Come out. It's me Steph."

I heard the door unlock and she looked at me like a terrified puppy.

"What are you doing hiding in here? You know you couldn't be in here forever."

"Well that was the plan I hoped I would have gone unnoticed."

"Don't be so silly. Come on. You can even hold my hand. Give them in there something to gasp about."

She laughed and we walked in together as soon as she walked in my mother started talking.

"I don't know why on earth she would invite this..."

"Mum!" Me and my sister said at the same time.

"I'm not keeping quiet!"

"But mother yes you are! Listen to me. Furthermore everyone listen to me. The hardest thing I had to do was forgive. But do you know what? In forgiving, I stopped hurting. In forgiving, I was much healthier. In forgiving, I know my daughter will see her brothers. So you don't have to like Natalie but you won't say a bad word about her because her children and my daughter are siblings and you may not care about her but you care about my daughter so be respectful or leave."

"I know you ain't telling me to leave." My mum hyped up.

"No I ain't; I'm telling you to be respectful!" I said making us all laugh.
