The first few weeks of collage flew by and we were already in the middle of October, ready for half term and Halloween. "Hey Megan, guess what?" Calum asked as he wandered into the kitchen after a visit to Ashton's. "I'm going on a trip with my music class, you know the one that Michaels in."

"Great." I smiled. "When do you go?"
"Next Tuesday, for a few days so we'll be here for Halloween." He explained before quickly telling me the location and how they'd be travelling. "Well, I hope you have fun."

"Want to go and get something to eat? I'm so hungry." Calum moaned, clutching his stomach. "Erm, I'm actually going over to my parents house tonight and I'm staying over for the weekend. My mom invited me over earlier." I said, feeling a little guilty for not telling Calum earlier and letting him down. "I hope you don't mind." I added.

"Of course I don't mind! I'll probably invite Ash over and maybe even Michael so I can introduce them to each other. You go have fun with your family." He grinned, wrapping an arm around my waist and giving me a gentle kiss on the lips. "Okay." I nodded. "My dad will be here any minute so I'm going to grab my bag and wait outside." I told him before he kissed me again, begging to wait with me but I told him there wasn't any point. I grabbed my backpack and gave Calum a quick hug before I headed outside, seeing my dads car parked in the parking lot.

"Hi honey! Nice to see you. How's collage going?" He showered me with questions when I opened the passenger door. "You too, it's going great. It's actually a lot of fun having Calum and Michael there with me."

"Made any new friends?" He asked, like it was my first day in high school and is just come home. "A few." I nodded, realising I'd spent so much time with the two boys I'd been forgetting to make more friends. "Good." He nodded with a smile.

We soon pulled up outside my old home and my mom wouldn't stop hugging me and telling me how amazing it was to see me.
"Hey Megs! How's it going?" The familiar voice of my older brother asked. I instantly hugged him. "It's going great. What're you doing here?"
"I'm actually here with my boyfriend, we're having a big meal tonight all together."

"Wait, what? Boyfriend?" I asked, utterly confused. Tom was straight? "Surprise?" He announced, holding his arms up and doing a mini jazz hands. "I can't believe this!" I grinned, jumping into his arms again. "Why didn't you tell me before?" I playfully slapped his arm. "I didn't know how to tell everyone. Want to come and meet him?"
"Erm, yeah. Of course I do." Clapping my hands together and following Tom into the living room.

"So you and Tom have been friends since high school I never even knew you existed?" I asked with a chuckle. "Yeah, I guess." Toms boyfriend, Declan shrugged with a little laugh. "Enough of us two." Tom turned to face me with his fingers intertwined with Declan's. "What's going on with you and Calum? I know you like him." Tom smiled and I could feel a slight blush appearing on my cheeks.

"You're blushing! Oh my goodness!" Tom basically shouted, but luckily my parents were practically half dead and couldn't hear half of the stuff we said. "No I'm not!" I attempted to hide my cheeks but my whole face has turned red with embarrassment. "Okay fine! Calum asked me to be his girlfriend last month." I admitted, knowing I could tell Tom anything. "So?"

"So I said yes." I said with a slight smile. "I knew it! I knew you two were going to date eventually. Calum's the guy I was telling you about, the one who Megan lives with." He turned to explain to Declan who had no clue what was going on. "Do mom and dad know?"

"No, and you can't tell them yet because I know if we tell our parents, they won't let us live together anymore."
"You're both almost eighteen, I'm sure they'll be fine with it. I moved in with Declan when I was seventeen and they didn't mind at all."

"Yeah, but you two were only friends then. Now you're twenty and dating there's no problem with it." I huffed. "Meg, me and Declan were dating back then, but nobody suspected a thing. We hid it for three years, maybe you and Cal can do the same." He smiled.
