I hesitated a moment before knocking and then felt rather stupid cause I just noticed the doorbell to the left. I wondered if I should ring it instead and as I was contemplating on ringing the doorbell, the door opened. I jumped a little and blushed. The man who opened it tweaked his eyes in amusement and offered me a soft smile.

He was a gorgeous man, a little older, and I wondered to myself if this was Lord Drayven but of course I didn't have to wonder long.

"Um, hi," oh I was off to a great start. I wanted to slap myself. "I'm here for the interview."

He smiled again. "Of' course, come in. I am Sir Renfrey."

He signaled me in and I walked past him.

"You answered the phone when I called." I instantly blushed again. I felt like my I.Q. was literally dropping dramatically from being around these gorgeous men. How can so many handsome men be in one place?

Sir Renfrey smirked. I followed him into an exquisitely adorned sitting room. "Please have a seat. Lord Drayven will be with you shortly," he smiled and then shut the french doors as he left.

I exhaled a nervous breath and then began to take in my surroundings. It was a beautiful room with gold plated borders and tapestries that had to have been very old but still very beautiful. Even the carpet looked antiquated yet new at the same time.

I began to fidget my feet and ring my hands as the minutes ticked by and still no Lord Drayven. I looked at my cell and the time was already eight thirty. I couldn't believe I had already been here thirty minutes.

My nerves mounted and I began to second guess my decision to get a job but then my aching back and neck reminded me why I wanted to get a job.

After an even longer time waiting I nearly begun to bite my nails, a door, opposite from the one I was led through, burst open suddenly.

I gasped nearly chocking on my own saliva. Not only was I surprised by the suddeness of the door flying open, I was shocked as the most beautiful man I had ever seen in my entire life walked through the door with a stone flat expression and stood there a moment before speaking.

I thought of my self as someone who could usually read anyone but this man I knew would be a challenge. I nearly smiled at the thought but didn't dare.

"You were late, therefore I had to go ahead and conduct business that I had scheduled. I apologize for making you wait longer than you made me wait," he spoke in a matter-of-fact tone.

My mouth gaped open to respond but then I thought better of it. I didn't want to offend him already and then not get this job.

"Sorry," I squeaked. I was sure I was blushing too but didn't have time to think of it as Lord Drayven immediately continued.
