We Just Fell

Chapter 15

Ava's P.O.V

The next few days went by and I was still feeling sick. However, I didn't mention it to Nick. I started to avoid kissing him because I didn't want to get him sick as well.

My friends and I were at Nick's house today since we decided to have a movie night.

" Wow, this mansion is beautiful without all the crazy drunk teenagers dancing around" Kai said as we all laughed.

" Yeah well I am not planning on throwing anymore big parties for a while " Nick said walking around the couch to sit next to me and wraps his arm around me.

" Aww you guys are like the cutest " Miranda squealed pointing between the two of us while leaning into Gram.

" Okay I feel like a 7th wheel " Willa said as she crossed her arms over her chest while the girls and I laugh to ourselves.

" Scott is here " Gram said without thinking while shoving popcorn in his mouth. Willa looks at him just laughs.

" I'm good " She said looking at the movie browser.

After watching 3 movies, everyone was asleep. We kind of had a load of work from school since grades are due at the end of the week. Nick and I weren't asleep as I could still hear him laughing silently to the fourth movie. It was around 1 o'clock , now .

I decided to rest my eyes for a while since I've been working later than usual with all the big orders we've been getting.  I felt Nick's arm tighten around my waist more while I rest m head on his chest.

" Ava " I heard  a soft whisper. My eyes flutter open to a hand on my cheek. I smiled as I see the sparkling ocean blue eyes stares back down at me.

" You don't look so well " He said as I started to panic. I felt the sudden urge to throw up as I sat up. I quickly run to the guest's bathroom locking the door. I poured out all my guts as I can hear Nick banging on the door and screaming my name.

" AVA OPEN THE DOOOR " He shouted nervously.

" PLEASE " He tried as I spit out the remaining while flushing the toilet.

" I AM GOING TO LITERALLY BREAK THIS DOOR " He yelled banging on it again . I rinse my mouth with water and throw water on my face since I am looking a bit pale.

The door opens to Nick walking in laughing.

 " I forgot I had a key " He said as I laugh with him . His laugh quickly fades as he walks up to me pulling me in for a hug.

" You scared me. What is going on with you lately ? " He asked as he examines my face closely.

" Nick , it's nothing " I said feeling a bit queasy.

" No, you're not . I am taking you to go see a doctor " He said as I shake my head.

" Where are you going to find a doctor that works this late " I said and he just gives me an amused look.

He gives me my jacket as he puts on his. I still see my friends are knocked out on the couch.

Twenty minutes later, we arrive at a cute little white house  with a neon blue border. Nick parks the car in the driveway and gets out as I followed.

He takes out his key and opens the door as I see Cherry sitting on the couch watching tv.

" Oh hey kids. What are you guys doing here ? I got some cupcakes in the fridge if you want " Cherry said as I smiled. She is a unique person.

" Ava just threw up and she said she is fine but she is not " Nick said going into the kitchen as Cherry turns off the tv.

" Are you pregnant ? " She asked and my eyes almost popped out of my head.
