Ashley -  I met a boy at the park in the sandbox today

Riley - really cute

Lucas - No not cute bad very very bad

Maya - Riley it was so cute she was sitting in the sandbox and he walked over to her told her she was pretty

Lucas - my daughter met a boy at a park who told her if she was pretty she is but I'm not ready for this and nothing is cute about this

Riley Maya - it's cute because she's too

Lucas - are you not listening to me

Riley Ashley Maya - no not really

Riley - what happened next baby

Ashley - well mommy we played in the sand and I told him his eyes were pretty because he has really really good great eyes

Lucas - why is this so bad oh wait I remember because she's too and my baby girl

Riley - I'm very very very very very proud of you and Lucas he's only two which means that you're going to have to get over when stuff like this happens because it's going to happen a lot more

Maya - Huckleberry it's not like you're talking about getting married or you have to give her away they're 2 is not a big deal but it really is cute

Ashley - he was so nice Mommy so nice

Lucas - I thought we had more years for this stuff

Riley - we do would you calm down we have all the time in the world than you know you still won't like it but we do

Ashley - I want to go back tomorrow and see him again

Lucas - No no park for her

Riley - yes we will go back to the park Lucas have you lost your mind she's going back and that is that you will not band our baby girl from the park ever she's going back to that Park

Lucas - I will never be ready for things like this

Riley - it doesn't matter who she needs as long as she's happy but you have got to get over yourself because she's always going to love you that's never going to change why do you believe that somebody no matter who it is it's going to take her from you that's never going to happen she's going to grow up and she's going to meet and she's going to love whoever she wants but she's not going to love them more than she loves you

Ashley - I promise I won't you're my daddy and I love you

Maya - We all know love her we all love her but these things happen no matter who the person is

Riley - Lucas these things happen they do but she's not going anywhere

Lucas - she can have her little friend but I'm always going to look out for her
