~Chapter Twenty~

3 months later......

Daisuke P.O.V.

I can hear the drop of the water from the faucet falling slowly at the bath tub while i was there sitting thinking. Its been 3 months since the doctors were putting a lot of test on me to make sure if its a cancer or what. I started to feel nervous because im going to the doctor tomorrow alone. Uncle Soryu is at  Hong Kong right now. He might be back next month.

Uncle Baba and Uncle Ota were checking up on me 24/7 after all school is over. I can do whatever i want. But there are some times my chest is aching really bad. And sometimes i cant breath easily.

"Whats going to happen if i will get the results tomorrow?"

I asked myself. What if its deadly? Will i be able to survive?

*ring ring*

I turn around and picked my phone and notice that its Uncle Luke. I answer the phone.

Daisuke:Hello?
Luke:Daisuke ill pick you up tomorrow morning we have a meeting with the doctors tomorrow they say its urgent and we can't missed the meeting.
Daisuke: okay uncle. Thank you.

I put my phone back at the side and took a deep breath. "Everything is going to be okay Daisuke..." I said to myself. I looked up to the ceiling and started to overthink myself again. But suddenly I felt pain on the back of my chest. I quickly sit up and try to pick up my phone to contact Uncle Luke but suddenly I started to cough again with blood. 

~Meanwhile~

Baba P.O.V.

"Were here." 

"You shouldnt have take me here." Im trying to take Eisuke with me to watch over Daisuke. Well after all Daisuke is at a bad condition someone has to watch over him for awhile. "You can take care of him by yourself right?" Eisuke asked. "I can take care of him but I have a some errands to do right now." I said. I notice from the corner of my eyes that Eisuke rolled his eyes and looks away with an irritated look. I pick the keys and enter the apartment. 

"Daisuke!!" 

....

Thats strange... Maybe his asleep. "Looks like he went out for fresh air." Eisuke said "He cant leave the apartment alone Eisuke." I said  "Weird.. Then why is he not answering."

Where could he be? I should check on his room. "Ill just go check on him at his room." "Yeah go on ill just wait here." Eisuke sit down at the nearby chair while I went upstairs to check on Daisuke. When I reach his room I notice that its empty. He might be taking a shower. I went to the bathroom and try to open it but its like. I knock quietly and said "Daisuke? Are you there?"

Hmmm.... Where could he be?

Before I could leave the room I suddenly heard a crashing sound coming from inside the bathroom. I quickly turn around and knock at the door loudly. "Daisuke!!!" 

"Daisuke Open the door!!"

I knock at the door with all my might yet no answer. 

oh no....

"Daisuke!!!"

~Meanwhile~

Eisuke P.O.V.

While I was waiting for Baba to come back. I stood up and take a look around at Soryu's apartment. Hmmm.... Looks like Soryu is on placing some pictures around the place.

You can see different types of pictures around the room. And its all of Daisuke's picture since he was a kid up until now. He does look like me. I wonder where is he by the way.

Wait?! Why am I worried about him?

"DAISUKE!!!"

When I was Looking at Daisuke's pictures I suddenly heard Baba screaming Daisuke's name. I quickly turn around and went upstairs as fast as I can. When I reach Daisuke's room I saw Baba knocking at the door loudly calling for Daisuke. 

"What happened?!" I asked. Baba turns towards me and said. "Look for the keys! Daisuke is inside and there's no respond coming from him! Daisuke!!!" Baba continues to knock on the door and now his trying to kick the door hard. 

I quickly left the room and start to search for the keys. I went to Soryu's room to check if the keys were there. I open all the drawers yet no sign of the keys. I went to the other drawer near the bed and finally I found the keys. I quickly went back to Daisuke's room.

"I found the key!" 

Baba moved aside while I unlock the door. Then when I open the door I saw Daisuke is at the bathtub unconscious. Baba quickly went beside him and started to wake him up yet no sign of his eyes opening. I stood there at the door staring at the horrifying sight that I just saw. 

Seeing Daisuke unconscious makes remember the day when Andi died. 

"Eisuke! We need to take Daisuke to the hospital."

When Baba called me I quickly snap back to reality. I quickly snatch the bathrobe beside me and gave it to Baba. Baba quickly put the bathrobe around Daisuke and tries to pick him up. "Ill carry him" I said. Baba nodded and left the bathroom to start the car so we can leave early. I went beside Daisuke to pick him up. As I picked up him up, I didnt expect for him to be so light. Thats strange. He looked like he had lost weight. I should take Daisuke to car now.

As I reach the car I quickly went inside while Baba starts to drive fast. I hugged Daisuke tightly into my arms as I tell Baba to go faster. It took 5 mins when we finally reach the hospital. Baba open the car door while I carry Daisuke and took him to the emergency room.

"Help!!" Baba calls for the nurse to help us then I saw Luke coming. "What happened?!" He asked while I put Daisuke to the stretcher and took him to the ER to check up on him. "I dont know we just saw him got unconscious." I said. Suddenly Baba showed up and told me that he already told Soryu what happened and now his on his way back here.

"Im going to check him up just to make sure if his okay."

4 Hours Later

Soryu P.O.V.

When i arrived at the hospital I went to Daisuke's room. When I reached the room I saw Baba and look watching over Daisuke but no sign of Eisuke. I quickly went beeside Daisuke and checked him if his okay. "Dont worry Soryu, Luke took everything okay." Baba said with a smile. But I can see from the look on Luke's face that there is something wrong. 

"Baba can you watch over Daisuke for awhile. I need to talk to Soryu privately." Luke said. Baba nodded while Luke and I went outside the room.

I followed Luke and he takes me to a meeting room then I saw some other doctors as well. "Whats going on?" I asked. Luke told me the sit down across the other doctors and him. I did what he told me and waited for them to speak.

"Soryu, you know why are we here right? Because were here to check up on Daisuke and put a lot of test on him. And now we have the results." Luke said. 

"Then how is it? Is Daisuke okay? Is everything under control? or what?" I asked. But suddenly all the prayers that ive been wishing didnt come true.....
