Chapter Thirty

Daisuke P.O.V.

I woke up and I felt someone holding my hand tightly. I knew that it wasn't Uncle Soryu. I looked down then I saw Masaru with teary eyes. Then I saw Uncle Soryu behind him. I looked him with a shocked look on my face. Then he answers. "He needs to know Daisuke." He said then lefts the room. Leaving me and Masaru.

I looked down to Masaru. Then I asked him. "What are you doing here?" Masaru looked up to me. He tries to speak yet no words came out to his mouth. "Its okay." I said.

"I forgive you."

I added. Then he looks up to me. "Im sorry. Its just that. I really didn't mean to do it. I thought that doing it might make dad happy but. It turns out that. I couldn't do it! Because I care about you. Now that your going to die. I don't know what to say. I don't what to do. That knowing my brother is going to die soon and ..... I hurt you and.... I was not there for you."

"Shhh.... Its okay."

I hold his tightly then he looks up to me. "Please. You don't have to go." He pleaded. All I give him is a weak smile. "Don't worry. Even though I'm gone. I will be always there to watch you. Ill watch you up there." I said. Then suddenly tears started to flow down my cheeks. "Now that im still here. Why don't we enjoy our time together. After all I don't want to miss anything." I said. "Then lets go see Dad." he said.

Masaru P.O.V.

"Then lets go see dad." Then suddenly his smiles fades away.

Wait.....

"Hey, are you okay?" i asked. "I'm not allowed to go out of this hospital." He said. "Then ill bring dad here."

"No.... He doesn't need to know."

I felt my heart broke when I heard what Daisuke just said. He really don't want to see dad. "But why?" I asked. "Whats the point of telling him if he doesn't care right? After all he thinks that I'm the one who killed his wife."

I shake my head. "Thats not true! Dad cares about you!" I said.

But even though I try to convince him. Its no use. "I would like to go outside and have some fresh air." He said. "Want to come with me?" He asked. I nodded and wiped my tears away.
