Albus' P.O.V

"I'm in love with Scorpius." I told her and she stared at me.

"You've got to be kidding me." She gasped and I just rolled my eyes. I went to walk away again but she grabbed me. "You're serious?" She asked.

"Yes, I'm really sorry." I told her. "I just want you two to be happy." Tears trickled into my eyes and I groaned. I furiously wiped them away and next thing I knew, she wrapped me in a hug.

"Don't be sorry Albus, it isn't your fault." She soothingly rubbed my back. "Do you mind if I talk to him?" She asked and I tensed.

"No you can't. H-he'll hate me! He'll think I'm sick and disgusting and-"

"Albus relax." She told me. "It's Scorpius we're talking about. You know as much as I do that he's very understanding." She assured and I sniffled.

"Fine tell him. I guess its best coming from you, you are his girlfriend after all." I gave her a small smile which she returned.

"Okay. You should rest today, you look like hell." She told me and I smiled.

"Fine." I told her. She kissed my cheek and then sauntered off. I saw her disappear down the hall as I went back to bed.

I must have fallen asleep in the common room because I woke up to someone shaking me.

"Albus wake up." I let my eyes flutter open and Scorpius was close to me. I jerked back and he scrunched up his face. "Sorry, I didn't mean to scare you."

"You didn't." I muttered. "What time is it?"

"It's nearly lunch." He told me and I nodded. He sat on the edge of the sofa. "How are you feeling today?" He asked and I shrugged.

"I'm doing alright." I confessed. "How are you?"

"We're not talking about me." He said and I frowned.

"What?" I asked.

"Rose talked to me today." He told me and I swallowed hard.

"Yeah, what about?" I played dumb and he raised an eyebrow at me.

"You know what." He told me and I looked at the fire.

"Oh... that."

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked.

"How could I? You're my cousin's boyfriend." I pointed out and he sighed.

"We broke up." He told me.

"What?" I gasped shooting into a sitting position.

"We talked for a long time. We didn't even go to classes today, can you believe that? She missed classes for you." He chuckled. "When she told me, I was really surprised. I was so shocked and I told her not to kid around when it came to you. She told me she was dead serious. We talked about how it would be easier for you to be around us. We grazed over the subject of breaking up, we talked about discussing it with you, talked about just leaving it.... Merlin Albus." He told me. "She asked me how I felt about you. I never gave it a second thought, you're my best friend and I love you. She asked me how I felt about you sexually and I laughed at the thought. But Albus, then I started to think about it. I would really like it if you sucked my cock." He told me and I let out a surprised laugh. Tears made their way into my eyes again and he looked at me. "It hurts to see you so upset over this. But with Rose's blessing, we can be an item. She loves you Albus and I love you too." He told me. He wiped away my tears and rubbed his nose against mine.

"So can I be yours?" I asked and he smiled.

"I would love it if you were mine." He smiled. Since our noses were still touching he leaned in and pressed his lips against mine for a lingering kiss. When we pulled away, I rested against his shoulder and just took in the moment.
