Fun side of this story : i got inspired by a place named Tempo Gelato in Yogyakarta.

Fyi gelato sama es krim beda ya. Kalau es krim itu lebih milky and high fat Sedangkan gelato itu teksturnya lebih lembut and enggak terlalu berlemak. Beda lagi sama sorbet, yang fully pakai buah seger jadi jelas kandungan lemaknya lebih dikit.
