Cap: That's a really good question. Keeping the tank full is my responsibility, so I often check a gauge on the engine, showing the water level. When it needs to be refilled, we either a go to the nearest water tower or clear water and reverse the water flow so it goes into the tank. And we try to keep it full all the time.
